Jefferson County Rest Area

I’m from Nevada. I’ve never seen sparkling clean and nice aroma at rest areas in this state, Maryland Carolinas. I’d prefer to stop here vs gas stations. Just exceptional and the staff is so friendly😊

This is super clean rest area. And smells very well. The guy working in the night really keep the cleanliness of the area, and very friendly too. This is the most clean rest area ive ever visited. parking lots was big too. Very reccomended place to stop

This was a beautiful rest area. It had a meadow like feel with wild flowers grown knee high as a backdrop for when you drive in. I don’t know if it was intentional but a mowed trail was cut for those who wanted to walk their dogs. Very nice.

Had to stop over about 11:30pm after a nonstop 10hr drive. The car park area was clean as well as one section of the male bathroom (it appeared as if there are two sections but I only used one section). Those areas are the only places I visited and can speak about. The rest stop did its job and I had no issues.

Large, clean rest area. Plenty of toilets, walking space, picnic tables, car parking & truck parking. Also pet area.

I slept for 10 hours no noise very quiet great place to rest

Very clean restroom. Very wooded scenery with plenty of picnic tables to eat at if you like. Great place to stop and stretch your legs.

Very clean. I felt safe. We were half the way through our trip and needed sleep. The whole place was clean and comfortable. It was in the middle of the night. My sister, two girlfriends and I were able to sleep and feel safe
