I love the pepper palace. Tammy was so nice and helpful. She was knowledgeable, assisted to find the perfect products, and allowed us to taste test. It's definitely worth a stop. If you want deep heat Tammy's got you. If you want some nice stuff for the house, gifts, or a sampling party Tammy will make sure you are happy before you leave.

Awesome selection! The sweet lady working tried the LD50 "lethal dose" hot sauce with me which was absolutely awesome! Great experience!

Tammy was so fun and helpful, we sampled alot of sauces and jellies, and we recieved a free hot sauce, (pepper palace is awesome)we took home a big bag of goodies!

Interesting stop near Pigeon Forge. Store manager was very accomodating and encouraging, allowed us to taste numerous sauces before purchase. Can't wait to try these flavors once we get home.

Very friendly.. If you love hot and spicy.. Sauces etc.. You will love this place... They have hot sauce etc.. You can't find in a regular store.. And they have samples..

While on vacation we stopped and met the sauce slinger. He was great! They have the option to taste test just about everything! He helped us find so many sauces and rubs. I would definitely go back.

Big selection and great hot sauces, bbq sauce, ribs and spices! Samples are available for nearly everything. If you're a fan of hot and spicy, this is a great stop. Friendly staff too.

The best sauce source a pepper lover like me could have near buy. They have seasonings and other goodies for sale too. You can taste test any sauce you want!

This may be the greatest place on earth for a pepperhead I thought I could take the heat until I had some samples from here. Do yourself a favor and stop by here and pick up a couple that make you feel alive. You won't be sorry!

Love everything I purchased. Just would love to by in bulk.. like a 32oz Honey Bbq Rub would be awesome.... or even a 64oz.

My hubby's favorite place ...I can't do spicy but amazingly enough I found 3 sauces that are awesome and not spicey

The cashier was super friendly and welcoming. This place bottles their own sauces and labels them too. Awesome experience. They have a heat challenge, if you swallow four drops of their the end sauce and post it on social media you might be chosen for a cash prize. Awesome place, heat levels of all people. Will go back.

There was a lovely woman behind the counter who walked us though every step of the shop and what it had to offer! We also tried some sauces which had spice ratings on the side, that definitely happed my father!
