Great food and service! Very flavorful with large portion sizes.

The shrimp had an exceptional flavor and not overcooked.
I like a little more salt in my beans, but I realize they need to be careful about the salt for other people's diets.

The waiter did a great job.
I was with my handicapped parents, and having a good, kind, patient waiter helped. We came at 3 pm, so it was a slow time.

The salsa isn't hot at all but good flavor.
I'm sorry to say the hot house salsa I didn't like, it lacks flavor just heat and a bit bitter. I did like the medium-hot green salsa better.

The only restaurant open on a Monday on Pilot Mountain saved our anniversary dinner. The food was yummy. I tried cactus for the first time. Surprisingly, I didn't hate it. Had enough left to take with us and had it for lunch. Would definitely go back if we are ever in the area.

We came in around 9:15 and they were super nice and welcoming. I decided to try something new and got the taco salad and it was amazing! They hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed our food and we will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.

I try to come here every time I'm up this way. The food, atmosphere and service is always fantastic and can't reccomended this place enough. If you're in the area and you're looking for great food check this place out!

My wife and I have eaten here for years and have always received great food, great service, and great hospitality. The salsa is perfect, not to spicy and not to bland, The menu offers such a wide range of different dishes so never get tired of eating the same item if you choose not to. Keep up the good work.

We eat here pretty regularly. The staff is friendly and the food is great. It's often crowded around lunch and dinner especially on weekends but they have plenty of seating. Seldom have we ever had issues with food or service. My only complaint is I wish they would work on the bathroom. They are typically clean but the soap dispenser has been broken for months, the mirror is gone and patched over, 1 paper towel dispenser quit working a while back and the other one is about done.

The quesabirrias are amazing!! Luis and Mariana are the best servers in the county. Come and have the best authentic Mexican food ever!! I love this place and the owner is very knowledgeable and understanding their customers. Come and enjoy!!!

Excellent food and outstanding service!

Unquestionably some of the greatest meals I've tasted in a while! The food is really good here! Each meal we had was prepared to absolute perfection and loaded with flavor. I strongly suggest the Pira Horneada and Pelusa. Got to give it a try!

UPDATE 1/19: We were passing through again. I remembered pictures this time!
The chips and salsa were so good and i ordered the ACC this time. The shrimp is cooked perfectly and not too salty. The cheese dip it's topped is delicious and so was the rice. It came with a little more shrimp but i had already eaten some before i remembered pictures lol.

I wish i had taken pictures. The parking lot was packed for a reason! The interior is well decorated, staff was accommodating, and the enchiladas rancheras i ordered was delicious. I also had enough of a portion that i could have saved half for later and still been full. But it was too good so i ate it all in one sitting. I was just passing through but i will definitely come here again if I get the chance!

I don't usually suggest Mexican food for any meal, but my grandson introduced me to this place, and it is superb!! Very clean, delicious, and freshly prepared food and attentive staff!

Recently moved to the area and decided to check it out I was very skeptical at first due to the service and poor quality of in mount airy and the Dobson areas. The servers in pilot mountain are very attentive, the food was excellent and the atmosphere was great and very clean

Delicious as usual with two perfect margaritas!
