Pizza Hut

The lady at the drive thru was overworked but still very nice. I got cheese bread and it was amazing

Service was very slow, it took close to 30 minutes to get our soda, and another over 30 minutes to get our food brought to our table. They offered a 10% discount, but not apply it to the tab for some odd reason. The mountain dew I was brought tasted like carbonated water, and I let our server know, also requested a few additional marinara sauces with our order and didn'g receive it until I had already gotten my to do box to take the food home. I also didn't get my mountain dew exchanged until I was leaving, and that is when they give it to me in a small kids go go drink, even though I paid full price for the drink, I only enjoyed a half of a kids sized to go drink shaking my head how the device has went down hill here. Can't blame the server because that server was taking care of every order that was coming to dine in. I blame it all on the pizza hut cooperation for being too cheap to hire additional help to satisfy customers. If this kind of thing continues on I can see pizza hut being shut down in the future and us just having that abandoned building here in King to rot away. If anything I believe with the service I had I should.have gotten a Better offer than having to pay full price. I still can't believe that the waiter person lied all about the measly little 10% that they offered. If I go back and this happens again I will go higher up and make sure it's the last time! Oh yeah and someone that worked there had their opened 20 ounce bottle of mountain dew sitting on the drink machine where you have to fill up people's soda refills. Check the cameras if you do not believe me Pizza Hut! That's very unsanitary and I am highly disappointed. The only reason my pictures look good is because I edited them by the way to give y'all a better look than you guys deserved!

The lady Cindy that normally had to work here was out waitress and the service is now a 5 star coming from the last 1 star experience last few visits

This place is a great little pizza hut, a true relic of its time. Lol. Always wanted to say that. But. Seriously, the staff was great, good was great, salad bar was great. I threw the staff off a little cause I was dirty from and one of my daughters was in her pajamas. it was fun, my kids had never been to a sit down Pizza hut before.

Visited there today. The pizza and salad buffet was fresh and well maintained. There were three employees working the dining room who did a great job with the increasing number of customers who were coming in (it was great to see Cindy is still there). I believe our waiter was named Cole (that's what was printed on the receipt, he was wearing a team jersey). He did an EXCELLENT job with checking on us (and all of his tables), keeping our table free of trash/used plates, etc. and our drinks full. He was very personable and polite. I even asked to speak to the manager so I was able to compliment him to her. It was nice to see the buffet has brought "life" back into that restaurant. I just hope all of Management treats the staff well and shows their appreciation for their willingness to work, which is a rarity nowadays!

2020 - Pizza and salad was excellent! The girl that waited on us today inside was a sweetheart. We get our pizza from here a lot and never have any complaints.

It's a Pizza Hut! I ordered on the app and picked it up but food was good. Had an issue with online order manager called me to get it fixed before pick up.

We come here at least once a week because of our AWESOME waitress Chrystal Hutchens! She’s great at her job and also very funny and personable. Way to go Pizza Hut for this hire!

It's been a while since I had a good buffet. Nice greetings. I don't usually eat salad but I got little bit and it was so good I went back and got a whole plate full

As far as pizza huts go, this is a good one

My girlfriend works there and she's the greatest person/waitress ever. If she's high quality I assume most everyone there is. The food is great and the waitresses are splendid. The manager seems really nice too. Nice to see some people can be friendly/professional and still love their job. I'd give more stars if I could.10/10 stars would ear there again, for every meal. Its the best restaurant I have ever gotten pizza at. Period. End of story.

I ordered online for what I thought was a delivery. I accidentally hit carryout. Totally my fault, but the manager was very kind to have it sent immediately when I called to inquire and even sent me a coupon for a freebie next time. The deliver lady was very friendly and courteous!

I really enjoyed. 1st time I've been there. Lg supreme &1/2 Hawaiian. Great taste. Crust hand tossed and excellent taste. Restaurant was clean and employee "Justice" was very nice and helpful. I also had salad bar. Very good and fresh. Would recommend this Pizza Hut to all.

We had trouble doing an online order. We called, a nice woman named Angel answered the phone and helped us get exactly what we needed. She was very friendly and helpful. Pick-up was flawless. Friendly staff helped us promptly at the window. Will go back!

I just had a medium pizza supreme and with extra cheese this had to be the best pizza I have had in a very long time everything on the pizza was so good keep up the great job see you again one day.

Delicious food! The cheese sticks were the best I've ever had. The meat lover's pan pizza was cooked to perfection!

I order there about 1 or 2 a month. Everything comes hot and made correctly. Usually within 30 mins or less. I love the app and I get free pizza for using it!!!

The food was great and came out piping hot. They also have a buffet if you like that. The people were friendly. They had a great deal also.

We had trouble figuring out the cheapest way to go to feed a large family. Heather, was so patient, kind and very helpful. This is always my go to Pizza Hut, the food is always good, and service is always top notch. Good job King Pizza Hut.
