Walmart Pharmacy

I Have always used the pharmacy inside Murphy Walmart for all of my family’s medication needs. The staff is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend their service.

I’ve always found the staff to be helpful and pleasant. Pharmacist has taken time to explain about meds. I like that I get texted when my meds are ready. They’ve taken either my insurance or Good RX, whichever is cheaper. Lines have been short or non-existent when I’ve been there. Amazon may be a little cheaper but you have to wait 2-3 days for delivery and if you’re not a Prime member you might have shipping costs.

Just had a prescription called in, called to make sure they had the medication and to give them my insurance info. Tech that answered the phone was so pleasant and so helpful and they filled the prescription right away!

Best prices around for many items; walmart-exclusive branded medical products are less than half the price of brands offered by competitors which can be a life saver for someone with a chronic illness. That being said, on a number of occasions the pharmacy staff have been extremely rude and at least once refused to sell non-prescription products to a customer based solely on their appearance while selling the same product to another customer without question.

Was told the reason my child's med wasn't ready was "we get 500 prescriptions a day so....". Good grief. So when I asked the other associate why she was so hasty when I just asked a simple question I got "people are really mean and we've just had enough". What happened to customer service???

The staff are badly paid and overworked. They can’t be efficient because of this. They try their best under very difficult circumstances. Pay them more get more staff.

Prescription called in by doctor over 24 hours ago and prescription still not ready a day later, I called and customer service was TERRIBLE. I completely understand being short staffed but the girl I spoke with had a terrible attitude. Switching my prescriptions to another pharmacy because this one is awful.

Just went in to get my prescription and after waiting in line I was trying to use goodrx which this Walmart openly accepts and the lady there, Tiffany, told the lady that was taking care of me to “push him to the side and help somebody else” instead of just coming and doing her job.

Rude I didn’t encounter one polite person. My boyfriend had oral surgery and had to fill his pain meds. They didn’t want to take his insurance because it was out of state. They can still take it I’ve been to FL and had to go to Walmart to get meds filled and they took it. They wanted me to pay out of pocket after standing around for 30 mins to see if they wanted to fill it being it was out of state. I get the opiate crisis but this was 15 low grade pills they treated us like we were drug addicts that had forged the prescription. Sad people that need the meds get treated like this not the only place that treated us like that over the prescription.

Worst pharmacy ever. Unfriendly for starters. My doctor called in my Rx. I arrived 3 1/2 hours later and I get a it's not ready yet...... WTH? Okay, so I sit and wait. 40 minutes later, I look up from magazine. I see the tech/pharmacist talking to her friend over the counter! I get up and head towards her with a not so happy expression and she says " I was just going to call you". Yeah, never again.

I am alone at the counter the prescription is prepackaged in a sealed box. People are standing around behind the counter and have a I don't care attitude and they tell me it will be 15 minutes. This is the last time I get a prescription filled here. Walgreens is right across the street. And never a wait I'm told........and cheaper.
