Dillard's

It is always a pleasure to shop at Dillards. They have a great selection of perfumes and colognes. Specifically, the ones in my photo! Ask to talk to Samuel! He is AWESOME!!!

I was shopping for an outfit for my daughter's wedding and I had an amazing associate helping me with starting a dressing room for some items I was holding, and was quick to take others from me to try. She helped me with zipping the awkward zipper on a dress, I thought for sure it just didn't fit, but it was just the zipper placement. Turned out to be "The dress" for me. I was hoping my mom would also find an outfit for the wedding but it wasn't her day.

I've always enjoyed the layout of this store! Today we fulfilled an invitation to the "back to school " fashion show. My kids really enjoyed interacting and choosing their outfits for this event. The event was well organized and we even purchased some of the wardrobe from the show! What a fun way to interact with the community and give these kids a boost of confidence! Kudos to the team 💪 working.

I was suit shopping in September for a special occasion and was supported by Tailored Specialist Kevin Courtney. I was professionally guided on the options and best styles and fits for me. Kevin, the other sells associates and the Alterations Specialist made the experience personal and friction free. I will continue to shop Dillards.

Wonderful food and just looking at all the detail and craftsmanship of the ;uilding is worth a visit.

A very friendly lady assisted me with my purchase needs. Super friendly staff. Decent selection for the Plus Plus size guy like myself.
Prices were modest I guess I don't shop for clothing often.

I want to give a shout out to Kevin Courtney in suits at the Dillard's in Valley Hills Mall in Hickory, North Carolina. My wife, son, and I went there yesterday to get my son a suit for prom. We wanted to get a suit that he could wear to interviews and other important events too...one that would last. Kevin welcomed us and spent 90 minutes with us. He treated us with excellent customer service and educated us on the different types of suits. We ended up buying a tailored suit, shirt, bow tie, socks and a pair a shoes he helped us locate. He provided the best customer service I have ever experienced from any retail store EVER! I will be back to shop at this Dillard's and he will be the one I ask for when shopping in suits.

Really appreciate Kevin's help today in Big & Tall section of the Men's Department. Kevin helped set me up with a new suit and shirts and accessories. Thank you very much Kevin. I enjoyed my shopping experience today.

Love this place, they have a huge selection of everything, sunglasses, perfumes, cologne's, clothes, appliances & much more!! I shop here quiet often & always feel welcomed, they don't follow you around asking every min if you need help with anything & that to me means allot, I can't stand someone that works some places to follow me around & make me feel like they don't trust me to shop in their store!! You don't have to look like a rich stuck up just to shop here!!

I was so thankful for the employee (I wish I got her name) working upstairs in the woman's dress section. I was looking for something to wear to a wedding in Aug.
I loved her style! She looked professional & approachable even though she was busy working. She was so nice and so helpful. I was thankful for her suggestion on footwear to go with the fun outfit I ended up buying. I'll go back to Dillard's to see her. I will get her name next time too!
Great style, great smile, actually helpful! I don't normally spend that much but the extra helpfulness, with a great attitude, is such a pleasure and far and few between! Dillard's is lucky to have her.

Busy place, but lots of stores and there is good food in the Food court. Has a Carousel in the front that kids and adults can enjoy!

I need to go to a wedding and stop in by chance but surprise to find something I can use. I am very particular about the details such as the fabric, the thread count, the exact measurements...... Plus the sales people were great.

I went in specifically to find a pair of leather shoes for work. The sales associate, Tonya Melton, was with another customer but still cheerfully greeted me. The moment that she left the other customer, she was right at my side. She was very professional and knowledgeable, bringing out what I wanted to try on. She never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her! She was “at my service”. I really appreciate receiving great customer service! It is a rarity these days! I hope she is treated as the valuable employee she truly is! She has provided service to me in the past and was treated just as well, even when I didn’t make a purchase! Dillard’s is my first choice to look for shoes, and I must say that Tonya Melton is a big part of my choice!!!

My Mom & I haven't had a bra fitting in over 20 years. We would've never guessed what our sizes would've been; but all thanks to your amazing & wonderful selling business manager in lingerie, Stephanie! We had the best experience we could've ever had! She's amazing & a true asset to Dillard's! We'll be back from now on, & hopefully be able to ask for her specifically! Everyone Go get fitted & see what size you really are! You'll be surprised & So glad you did! And if so, ask for Stephanie in lingerie, She's absolutely amazing! She'll take care of you very well! She's a true people person! Great experience!

Jessica helped me figure out what skin type I have. I also enjoyed talking and learning with the other lady's. I was informed about the back to school high school red carpet fashion show.

Love shopping here! They have all the big names like Michael Kors, Polo, Coach ,Vera Bradley, Levi, Carhartt, the list goes on an on an for good prices! People are friendly and helpful! Big selection of women and men and children clothes. They got everything you need and want there!

I love this store! A great go to for great quality clothing, jewelry, housewares.. I bought a gorgeous dress for my daughter's wedding and only paid $120.. it would have been triple that at two other stores I visited. I like the name brands and designers.

This may be the last Department store left that has any service, went in to buy a pair of shoes and "Rose" in the Shoe Department was "Excellent" I got exactly what I needed. I would recommend Dillard's to Everyone...

Dillard's was the only store that had a GOOD winter coat for my daughter. Every other place I went to, had nothing for really cold days. Thanks Dillard's.

Great store, very friendly and helpful associates. Good deals and great clothing, shoes and cosmetic selections. Will definitely shop again.
