I purchased my Nikon from Best Buy. I did not have a lot or time. It was a quick process. I even saved 90.00 by using their credit card. Now, I'm just waiting to get the gift I gave myself for Christmas. So excited.
Staff was a big help. Very knowledgeable.

The high score is for the costumer service here. I came here looking for a laptop charger. Unfortunately there wasn’t one in the store with the right wattage. However, a woman, I feel bad forgetting her name, but she was working near the laptops, helped me. She searched other stores that had the item, she even went the extra mile and searched stores in my delivery route (since I was a semi truck driver). I really appreciated what she did, to the woman, thank you

We have streaming for our TV's. Buffering was crazy, the circle in the middle of the TV's went on + on😫. I spoke with a 'Geek' and I got a Nighthawk Mesh Booster set up. I have not seen the evil circle since!!! The associate was friendly, explained thoroughly on set-up. He didn't make me feel like I was a Tech-idiot, I actually understood everything he told me 🥴! Thank you, Best Buy!!!

Ordered some stuff online and went to pick it up. We were waited on promptly by a friendly lady that was eager to help me. She got our order quickly and had us on our way in a matter of a few minutes. Overall it was very easy transaction and highly recommended way to shop for the things you need from Bestbuy!

This staff is quite knowledgeable and approachable. The store is usually well stocked. I typically find what I want or they can easily order it. You don't feel stupid here for asking questions.

I purchased a printer a year ago from this Best Buy and have had nothing but issues. I want to make clear that it was NOT Best Buy's fault. After trouble shooting with the manufacturer for that year I finally (much after the fact) went to the store to discuss the issue with a manager. Long story short, the manager took the printer back, ordered a new one (same make) and had it delivered to my door with the only stipulation that I buy a 4 Year Warranty for less than $30. This Warranty will cover me if there are any issues with the new printer. I am SO IMPRESSED! This is customer service ++! I highly recommend Best Buy.

Great customer service! The order got lost, and customer service was super helpful! They ordered the product again and it was shipped quick.

Enjoy browsing the store and drooling over all the stuff just wish they had more in stock then what they did but its that time of year. Maybe next year order twice as much merchandise just a heads up.

Did a price comparison and keyboards here are significantly cheaper than anybody else on the market. They also had a working arcade cabinet there for seemingly no reason than It Was Cool.

Quick and easy HOWEVER I think they should open earlier. I have work to do and need to get an early start. These folks are waiting in line for them to open. 10 am is great for millennials that eat breakfast at 11 am but for the working man, it would be nice if they opened earlier.

Got a remote start installed by Billie. I love it! It took an hour less than expected. And he explained everything to me so that I left understanding how it all works. Much appreciated!

Very pleasant visit today. Went the gentleman in the TVs came up to me, helped me, and was out of their in 5 minutes. That's the way I like to shop.

Love this place as it is one of the only places in my area that offers up to date and name brand products. Also great service from the employees!

Had to drive 70 miles here to get the specific TV that I wanted.

It was worth the drive, the staff was attentive and helpful, and not at all pushy on any upsells.

Got what I wanted at the price advertised, which is how it should always be.

Best buy is the best. We paid $94 for a S22 ultra and 2 screen protectors after trade ins and rebates. Guys were super nice, helpful, and they got skills installing those screen protectors. I hate trying to get those things lined up.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER go to the verizon store for a cell phone upgrade. They tried to force us into a higher monthly bill for a $800 bill on the phone or we could keep the lower monthly bill and pay $1200 for the phone. Refused to do a trade in deal unless we went to the more expensive monthly plan too. Best buy said hold my beer, this flagship phone is nearly free.
