Dian’s Place (Burger Shak)

Got the old timer burger and home style fries. This was my first visit but I will definitely be back, probably tomorrow to try the wings. The staff was very nice. The food was freshly cooked but still not a long wait.

Passing through on our way to the gulf shores and wanted a non-fast food, non-chain, quick bite to eat. Great idea to get off the Hwy 49 beaten path to the Main Street of Mendenhall to find this gem. One man show with a chalkboard menu, cooking up some fantastic food. The well seasoned and crispy fried catfish in the poboy was awesome. Best potato salad we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend and please visit this gem.

Whoa! As a fellow who travels south Mississippi alot, I've come to love "Drive-ins" and wow what a treat I got today! I got my standard Fully-dressed Hamburger (no cheese). The burger was made while I waited and I had it with only a few minures wait. When the cook handed me my bag, The 1st thing I noticed was how heavy the hamburger was. After I walked out to my truck, I discovered how wonderful it smelled. When I open the bag, I found a full-sized 6" bun and Pattie hamburger wrapped in parchment paper. From the 1st bite to the last, the taste was better than the smell! The bun was soft and fresh and the veggies were fresh and crisp. The only bad thing about it was I only come through Mendehall once a week, so I have to wait a week to get another one!!

This place was really good. I was passing through Mendenhall and went in for lunch. The lady who was cooking greeted me and was very polite. The service was very fast and the food was really good. I got “Da Big Boy Swagg” burger, it was so good and more than enough. Highly recommend this place for a great burger. I’m sure the other things they serve are good too. Worth trying!

The burgers are great. Hands down best here in Mendy for sure! I got I got loaded fries with cheese, chili, jalapeños, and bacon. I really was impressed!

This place serves burgers, wings, fish, quesadillas, hamburger steak, and just a wide variety of foods. The staff was friendly and courteous. Everything has been delicious and served with extra TLC. The prices are just right.

The name says it all. they serve burgers. Wait, they serve great burgers! This is a cozy place that is family friendly and very easy to notice from the road in downtown Mendenhall. This place is well know even outside of Mendenhall and Simpson County. The staff is very friendly and helpfull.

Road trip through Mississippi and wanted a good burger. Stopped here and didn’t regret it! Fast, friendly service and burgers were outstanding!

Found it on google while driving through MS. Good food for a good price. They also give good portions on the po boy sandwiches.
