Had an emergency and from the first person I spoke to about scheduling a same-day appointment, to the staff who dilated my eyes, seeing Dr. Michael Reed and to the ease of checking out and scheduling a follow up appointment, the entire experience was positively wonderful! I highly recommend the Family Vision Clinic.

Dr Reed and staff does excellent work. Had to go to them with an emergency. They worked me in immediately and took care of the problem. Fantastic team!

My experience was great! I called the front desk and let them know that I would be 15 mins late for my 2:45 pm appointment and they noted that and allowed me to see the doctor. Everyone was kind and professional even when dealing with disgruntled patients. The front desk receptionist was very welcoming and personable.
