When you walk into this tiny building you feel like you walked into a huge big box store. Room after room of fireplaces and accessories, inserts, grills, decor, kitchen appliances, and everything you can imagine. Don't run in and think it will be quick. You'll be amazed with all you will find here. The service is great. No pushy salespeople, just folks willing to talk to you and find your way to make your home cozy and warm.

I called this store, after calling Freeman Gas, to ask why my gas fp wouldn't turn on after lighting the pilot light. It was a simple fix. He was so nice and I was grateful for the help. Awesome customer service.

The husband and I are building near Murphy on land I grew up on. This second home is simple but we wanted a real wood stove. We visited more than one business in a search for a knowledgeable professional to guide in our decision making (husband has never heated with wood but I have). We found the staff at Fireside in Murphy to be a higher caliber owner/staff/installer (we met them all) than we found at another locally owned store. The wood stove recommended to us to perfect for us and our house. The installation was also done on time and perfectly. Fireside Murphy sells a lot of other great stuff besides wood stoves. Great personel, Carl was knowledgeable, answered our questions, acted like we were his best friends!!! Fantastic place to buy any heater you could want. EXCELLENT selection. Pitiful parking, poor parking area, store hidden by trees, hard to back up and turn around to leave.

We are shopping for 4 fireplaces for our new mountain home. Our builder Kevin Green recommended Fireside. Their displays and service were excellent. We are purchasing both outsde wood fired and indoor gas fireplaces with blowers.

I have purchased 3 stoves from this company, and have been pleased each time. Steven has been a huge help each time, helping me to select the right stove for me. If I ever buy another, it will definitely be at Fireside.

Friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure salesman. Huge inventory display. If a unit is of interest, salesman will print out a quotation statement for you. Will purchase my stove here.
