Hands down the best place to get your taxes done. If It wasn’t for Amanda and Rather we would probably still be paying on old audits. They really know there stuff. They work hard for their clients.

Quick service and gracious attitude

Do not waste your time. Amanda was very unprofessional throughout the process. Our form of communication was over text instead of email. Not only does she wanted me to verify my SSN over text, but she proceed to by passed the verification when I told her I could verify over phone. She also got my name, home address, and SSN wrong, TWICE even with the information given. Last thing, she thought it was acceptable to take a picture of my tax form on her computer screen with her phone and send it through text. I'm sorry WHAT? I might be young, but I know that is not professional.

I was charged 619.00 and some change for 2 w-2s and the preparer said she gave me discount if she did I didn't see it., and I have seen my stimulus check and everyone I know that used them hasn't recieved there's either. The preparer told me that I'd get my check in the mail not yet. Nobody answers the phone at Mason and mason either.
