Sears Hometown Store

I went to this store in Magee and it is now owned and operated by another couple, for the past year. The Owners, their Employees and their Customer Service is great!! I haven't purchased anything there for over 10 years. I am so thankful I gave them a call and went in the store. If you haven't been there in over a year, my husband and I highly recommend that you give them a visit. They are fine people and WANT to take care of their customers.

The owner (Mark) went above and beyond when we had a blowout on our RV right in front of his store. My husband walked over to the store to see if they had a Jack to change the tire and mark drove him back in his personal vehicle and when the Jack was not big enough drove him back to the store let him return the Jack. and then brought him back to our vehicle. And when our insurance roadside did not cover the area mark personally called a local roadside company who came out and changed our tire within 30 minutes.

The kid who brought my washer was the bomb, he got a ten but it only goes to Five! I was very Pleased with all my services through Sears!!!
