This is a really great store. Associates always seem knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you. Felecia & Heath have been two outstanding employees. Both are very friendly and helpful. If you can't find it in the store and they don't have it, they will order it for you and ship it to your home with free shipping.

Item was out of stock. Employees great in placing my order for online & direct delivery to my house. And shipping was free! VERY GOOD experience. Also picked up a cyber Monday purchase & it was at counter waiting for me. GREAT PEOPLE!

When in the store for three items they had all three and I didn't know one of them was on sale but the lady told me save me money I love this store my wife won't let me go in there by myself

I had a great shopping experience at Bed Bath & Beyond today. I actually dislike shopping and I only go into a store when I want to buy specific thing. Today that thing was coasters and Bed Bath & Beyond had all of their coasters neatly arranged in one location in the store so that I could make my choice quickly and efficiently. They also had a very nice selection.

All was well. Cashiers were fast. When I entered store, I showed the greeter a picture of what I was looking for , she knew exactly what I was looking for and where it was located. I went directly to it, got it and checked out and back in my car in 6 minutes!. Great experience. Thank you.

I want to thank Dean at Bed Bath & Beyond in Hickory NC for his help. I usually don't do reviews but I had to do one for Dean he was so nice, kind, helpful & patience. I went into the store couldn't find what I needed & been looking for a shower curtain for stall size for a while. He ask if I needed help told him what I was looking for. They did not have in the store. Took me straight to the computer pulled them up he let me choose the one I wanted & paid right there for it online. Got delivered to my house yesterday. I'm in love with the shower curtain! Thank you again Dean for being patience & making me happy! That's what I call great customer service!

The cashier was so nice and helpful. She was sure she knew the answer to my question but even asked somebody else to confirm she was right. the store had everything I needed and they even helped me make sure I was purchasing the right items. They answered my questions for when I come back in the future. Will definitely be back.

I visited BB&B to find a Nuvage for my wife for her allergies. With the aid of a friendly sales lady I quickly found my item, paid the cashier and left. That's the way we men love to shop.

I love that this store accepts as many eligible coupons as I have items for and there are always deals and items on clearance to browse. The associates at the Hickory location always go above and beyond to make my visit the best it can be. I have no complaints with this store!

Love this store! It seems a little understocked compared to usual, but I'm sure this is due to situations concerning Covid. Friendly staff, all masked up as required by our State Law at the present and very glad to see it!!

Prices are mid range. Not to terribly high. Store is a little maze-y but things are generally near where you would think they are. Sign up for their email, you'll get coupons just for registering.

Let me first say that Darlyn at the Hickory store was our saving grace!! We had made an order online on Nov 27th..... December 1st we received an email that it was shipped. However, still to this day it’s says “waiting carrier pickup”. I called the 800 # 4 times and was told 4 different reasons. They said it was lost in transit...or it’s been shipped and with the USPS....or best one you should receive by this Friday because I’m issuing a replacement order and going to expedite your shipping. None of these were true. 3 online chats.... same thing. Finally I decided to call the hickory store and spoke with Darlyn which promptly figured out that it NEVER shipped and wasn’t going to since it was totally out of stock and the vendor was shut down and it wouldn’t be shipping anytime in the near future. God bless this lady for caring enough to look into my problem! She said she would honor the coupon I had for Black Friday and made my terrible experience one that end with a very happy customer!! Thank you Darlyn for your help and time and caring about your customers!! BB&B should get rid of the “no” customer service 800#!

We went looking for dishes. Not as big of selection as expected. However, we bought new dishes and matching pieces. Mayzie was a big help at checkout.

Bed Bath and Beyond is a great store. They have a great variety of items that range from household items to outdoor gardening and many other items. We often find many things that we use for stocking stuffers at Christmas. The prices are usually comparable to other retailers, however, they often send coupons in the mail for additional savings.

I have many experiences to tell and ALL of them were to my good!! Some are almost unbelievable!! I have never found a place of business more caring and a place that has such a great store policy than Bed Bath Beyond!! In case someone doesn't know, their 20% off PAPER coupons NEVER EXPIRE, even though there is an expiration date printed on it! That's truth!! If you purchase an appliance there and after the 1yr. mfg warranty(which most have), has expired, and your appliance goes bad, simply return it to the store for a brand new product of the same, or pay the difference between what you paid for the old one and the newer one to be purchased, if it cost more(must have receipt!) You simply cannot find any place that has this kind of warranty!! I've dealt with BBB for several yrs now and If what I want cannot be purchased at bbb, or online through their website, then and ONLY then will I purchase elsewhere if I really have to have it!. IF you purchase online THROUGH the bbb website, you still should get the 20% discount in the store, (with your receipt, as proof of purchase)with your paper or digital coupon, whichever is applicable.

I love this Bed, Bath & Beyond! I am upset to hear it is closing! This is one of my favorite places to shop!!

I absolutely love shopping here. I usually find what I'm looking for, and if I don't one of the assistants is always willing to go online and place an order. Now that's real customer service.

For the past several years I have always had courteous and friendly staff in store at Bed Bath and Beyond in Hickory but in November one very special person named Darlyn went beyond her duties to help me obtain a credit after returning an Item back with FedEx to a Warehouse in Georgia which gave me the runaround about my credit. I finally called the store in Hickory and talked to a person named Darlyn to find out what was going on and to asked her if she could help me solve my problem.. We had several conversations on the phone where she tried to help me by trying to find out why I hadn't receive that credit but she stated that she also didn't get anywhere. So, I drove from Statesville to finally talk to her in person where I gave her all my written information and again she called the warehouse in Georgia. She was openly lied to and given all sorts of excuses while I was sitting across from her and listen to the phone conversation . The entire time while she was speaking on the phone she was very calm,courteous and friendly.
We where finally able to resolve my problem and I was promised that I would be credited the full amount.
This Lady showed a lot of concern for her customers and the patients and calm she showed was that of a saint .Darlyn cares about her customers and tries to make sure that everyone in treated right .I very much appreciated all her help.
