At least the store isn't run by a bunch of thugs. Nice staff... Usually,.... with the occasional a$$hat. Food is standard for McDonald's. Parking is abundant.

Gloria took our order, brought our order to us, and went out of her way to be very nice to my daughters. A+ employee

The ONLY McDonald's worth going to locally. Ellisville goes above and beyond. Fantastic service and very professional. I'll be going the extra 3 miles anytime I want it.

I usually use my app to order and then either go in and pick it up or hit the drive thru. I've always had a nice experience at this location, especially when my app wasn't working for my free breakfast sandwich and they helped me out.

Ellisville McDonald's need more training they are super nice but slow with their food. They will pull you up and forget about you. And bring you room temperature food

So me and my son stopped here after one of his Cub scout meetings I ordered our food and realized I didn't have my card and had just enough cash to where I was about .63 cents short. The young girl then called to her manager to ask if she could go get her card to pay for the rest at this the manager stated that's fine just let it go. I know it was a small amount but it meant alot to me that she offered. Everytime I go in here the staff is kind and fast!!

The workers are so respectful and I really enjoyed talking with them as much as time allowed of course. Good work, I'm glad to see someone smile at restaurant jobs because I've been there and done that customers are so hard to deal with lol

This location is very clean and very well staffed. They can get backed up during rush times but so far my food has been good every time. The staff smile and treat you well.

Fresh... no bread chicken sandwich... no condiments... lettuce and tomatoes... it tasted as good as it looked! Caramel Frappe was great....

I am from Mississippi and my McDonald's app was not working, and the manager took care of it for me. Amazing service.

I used to worked here. I miss my co-workers and my customers. Yes it can get little crazy around lunch rush but they do their best to get the orders out. They have best of best thats in the kitchen. And they have some pretty amazing managers. I give a 5 star not just because i used worked here. I give it because i know that they do try to do their best. Everyone makes a mistake. I mainly personally like the night shift the best more friendlier. Buti also like the day shift workers but night shifts is the best of shift's. Thats why i give the 5 star.

This McDonalds was very clean had handicapped parking but no automatic door opening. Had trouble with there ordering stand when person wasn't available. Food was very hot when I received it.

Great place, great attitude when we came 5 minutes from close with a slightly large order. Really appreciate the kindness.

Drove up, placed order, paid, and drove away. Fries were hot and order was accurate. Well satisfied. Very close to i59 on eastern side.
