Clark Oil #28

The clerks are always friendly! My favorite Clark's ! The best. Even though there is one closer to my house I prefer 28..easier access and more pumps.

Great location on beach and reasonably priced considering I live in Florida where gas is much higher than here in Mississippi.

Will Sell you Gas and try to get you to Buy overpriced Drinks and Snacks. All for Money...

Convenient right off of Highway 90

It’s a nice gas station during the day, but there’s a homeless population that hangs around at night so beware. I tried to stop there today and didn’t get out of my car because there was an agitated man asking people to “help him out” pretty aggressively. I’m usually inclined to do so, but this one was scary, so I left and didn’t go inside.

Always filthy

Stopped in this morning on the way to work and Stephanie was a total Bee-otch for absolutely no reason. She was rude to a trainee because she arrived in jeans instead of black pants. She was downright hateful to her. When I got to the register to buy my items she she was smirking. I tapped my card to pay and it said approved on the keypad. She started to bag my things and I said that I don’t need a bag. Filled my thing and headed out the door. She started hollering Sir. So I turned around and she said the transaction was declined. Ok, so let’s do this again. I tapped same card transaction went thru. She told me for no reason I could stay out of her store. I asked why she was being a b!?@hAnd she said “ because I can be. I proceeded to curse her out . There is no reason for her to act the was she did.

On November 12th at 4:00 p.m. I tripped over several bags that were in the insurance way inside of the store at the Clark's number 28 on Beach Boulevard in Biloxi, ms. I went to the hospital and received four stitches and have three broken ribs. Upon returning to the store after I had to walk to the hospital. The manager that had left and was not present when the accident occurred began to cuss me out and told me I had to leave not knowing I had already contacted the general manager corporate and was trying to contact the district manager. Is their service there is horrible that store is a mess someone needs to step in and take charge. I'm appalled at the treatment I received from management after something of negligence on their part as well as another customers I felt like I it was adding salt to a wound.
