The Wilbur Bar

This place is so eclectic and unique with craft drinks and an interesting design. Highly recommended for date night or a night with friends. Not a large place, so intimate small groups are best.

Starry Night drink was phenomenal. Amazing hand crafted cocktails with excellent recipes. I wasn’t staying at the hotel and you can grab a drink and sit anywhere on the premise. Definitely recommend if you like cocktails.

Stopped in for a cocktail and so glad we did. Cool stop and wonderful libations! Our bartender was Scarlet and she was an excellent mixologist and a great ambassador for a very cool setting. Check out the “hidden room”

Wonderful little Spot, the bartender was skilled and pleasant, made my wife an excellent drink. Definitely recommend and will revisit. The main bar is small but alot of outdoors to sit

We stayed at The Roost and walked over for a couple of cocktails. We were pleasantly surprised how great the cocktails were. A cool speakeasy vibe with a “secret” back room. The bartender was very friendly! 100% recommend!

A friend took me to this hidden gem. I loved the atmosphere here, very cool place to chill and hang out. The bartender was awesome, even referred us to a couple drinks to try out. Definitely coming back next time when I come into town.

Cozy, unique space. Smoked tuna dip, and the hemmingway cocktail were great. It is one of those places that is comfortable, relaxing, and special that you really don't want everyone to know about.

I've lived here for a year and never knew this place existed. It's so awesome and the atmosphere is killer. Absolutely love it.

Absolutely fantastic experience.
Evacuating from New Orleans for hurricane, my small family and I came to stay at the Roost (fantastic place). The Wilbur is a cocktail bar attached to the hotel with original drinks and a menu of plus bar food and nicer choices.
Everything was fantastic. I've had fine dining in NO and other major cities domestic and abroad, and I've had small bites attached to cocktail bars in every setting. I can honestly say that the Wilbur was equal if not superior to anything else I've ever had. Gourmet hamburger and fries for dad, fresh and vibrant salad for mom, pizza for the 4 year old and toasties for the baby. We also had the shrimp scampi dip, similar to a fresh tuna dip, and it was great.
Also had a much needed drink, no complaints there.
The service was also top notch. Casual and attentive. And again I can't say enough about the food.
A note on the hotel, The Roost. Beautiful boutique hotel on the main road. Standalone guest suites with independent access. The owners and staff were unbelievable, with small batch roasted coffee and a french press for the room and complimentary wine.
This is the nicest experience I've ever had with my young family.

Quaint little bar. Great appetizers from eat drink and loves bartender makes a good drink and mostly top shelf liquor.
