Applebee's Grill + Bar

I stopped in to pick my dad a takeout meal. The woman that took my order(I think her name is Michelle) was absolutely wonderful. Sevice was fast and efficient. Dad enjoyed his meal too.

The food was absolutely delicious. The service was superb. The Ac was a little too cold for me, and the prices were expensive.

Wasn't real busy so no wait. Sat at bar. Very pleasant experience. Bar tend was very attentive. Ordered classic combo appetizer. It was excellent.

After a very challenging day, my husband and I stopped to get dinner here. We had the most attentive and precious waitress. We felt like we were the only ones she had to care for (even-though the place was busy). Our food was hot, extremely tasty, and cooked to perfection. This is the best service we have ever had there.

Was a little skeptical when we first got there since it was around 11:20 and no other customers were there. But the food and service were great. No complaints and everyone enjoyed their food. Other people came in a little bit after we got there. Was a mid way meeting place for family and was our first visit. We'll be back.

Great visit tonight. Boneless wings and bourbon chicken and shrimp was cooked perfectly. Staff was friendly and fast. Truck stop is next door. Short walk over for you Truckers looking for a good dinner.

Freaking fantastic!!! This was my first ever time eating at Applebee's and I'm glad my wife talked me into going here, great service and the steak was hands down the best steak I've ever put in my mouthhole. I will damn sure be back here, they made our date night one to remember. I hope Applebee's management sees this and give everyone in there a pay bump cause they have one hell of a good night crew on thier hands. Thank you all again for a wonderful dinner and such awesome service.

My mother, wife, sister and I stopped in on 7/10/19 late night just before closing. We had just left my brothers wake whom had passed away at 57 yrs old. We had had a very emotional day due to his sudden passing. When we walked in we saw no others patrons and figured we were in for a bad experience. Being in the food service myself I know how customers can sometimes get in the way of staff going home. Boy was I wrong. If I recall I believe the server/managers name was Betty. She actually was genuinely glad to see us. Not fake and believe me I know the difference. Duke, the chef came out to talk to us too. What an awesome fella. When we got ready to say our meals blessings they both bowed heads with us and showed sympathy for our heavy hearts. It was the right place at the right time for all involved. It’s great to see and meet real people making a real impact on customers and love their job. Hats off too Betty and duke. Btw the food was wonderful, fresh and tasted great.

Me and my husband stopped in on our way home to New Orleans from Chattanooga, the food was excellent. Everything came out hot and cooked to perfection.
Our server was super friendly.
Applebee’s is my favorite restaurant and just like I told our server, this is the best one I have been to.

Even though there were only two servers working when we went in (1:30), service was prompt and our food was great. The young man (regret that I didn't get his name) that waited on us was on top of his game, funny and very friendly!

We read the reviews before deciding to dine with them. Wasn’t crowded and seated immediately. Our server was a blast. Food was absolutely delicious.

My hubby, dad and I ALWAYS enjoy this Applebee's. I can't think of the African American hostess( not waitress) but she went above and beyond to assist us by taking and getting our drink orders and conversing with us. KUDOS TO HER

I've been here twice and it has been great both times. The food was great, and the staff was extremely friendly. There was no wait, and the food was out within about 10 minutes of ordering. It was all great and I will definitely return here again.

I can't wait to go back. The place was clean and we were seated quickly. I enjoyed our waitress too, always attentive. I'll dine here again for sure.

The service started off slow, but she quickly explain it was her first day n she was nervous.. the drinks was awesome and the manager was cool!!!!! I think alot of the complaints are from customers looking for a 5 star restaurant in a 2 star city. Just dont mix!!! Alot of those workers are college students with 1st time jobs, and really dont understand customer service... so be polite n explain, thats what i did n havnt had a problem since...🍷🍸🍺🍹🍽🍴

Great service from our waitress. Her name was Shirley. Extremely helpful and suggestive about the menu and specials. Great food. An awesome experience. We will be back for the great food as well as our server, we will ask for her each time we visit.

Great service, server was friendly, and explained that there would be a wait for food, being up front on issues are a big thing with me.

This is the BEST Applebee's I've ever been in! ZeeZee (our server) is AMAZING! She is sweet, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I wish EVERY Applebee's was like this one! Can management send someone to train Poplar Bluff, Missouri, please?

Very friendly and attentive staff, but not too bothersome. Food was enjoyable, fairly priced, and on-time. People should be grateful for the opportunities awarded today by those who came before us. God Bless America!
