Service was quick. Plenty of seating from table+tables, stool, couch and relaxing music. Wifi was available with the password on a sign. The Hot Honey chicken biscuit was delicious. Tried to come by again but they're closed every first Wednesday of the month.

Coffee was perfect. Service was friendly and a great fun place to relax.

Absolutely awesome burrito, fresh ingredients and really good turkey, you can just tell the difference. Bagel was excellent too. Delicious coffee and a very good local beer. If I lived here it would be a local regular place for sure! Top blokes that own the place too. Highly recommend this place. Beer and liquor license and awesome merchandise. 👌

This is a cute and artsy place. The art is for sale and the vibe is very coffee shop chic. If you’re driving by or in the area, I would recommend checking this place out! Grab some coffee and relax in their various spaces.

Good coffee, but expensive. We also had a good breakfast with the breakfast burrito and Cali bagel. Service was nice. Nice indoor area and atmosphere. Also had beers on tap.

Was walking over to see the store was closed, however the owners opened up the door and so polite to serve us. In and out the design was curated to be very aestheically pleasing. The coffee was on point and well crafted, ordering the cold brew it definitely woke me up. All-in-all will definitely be coming here more often! Thank you very and ☆☆☆☆☆

Great service and fantastic coffee. We got the nitro brew and salted caramel frappucinos which were really good. They also have a wide selection of tasty ice cream.

Best latte I’ve found in OS. Comfy couches, great table in the back room for meetings, clean bathrooms, and good biscuits !

Hands down the best coffee place I've ever been to. Good food, good people. A must see in the local area. The owner and his brother are good people running a darn good business.

Great peppermint iced mocha. Kinda hippy-ish inside but with lousy hippity hop music. I'm in town for couple days so I'll stop back in again for another iced mocha.

It's super cute inside! I have been a handful of times and always received quick and friendly service. All of my drinks have tasted great as well. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!

Good latte. A little small for the price, but pretty nice quality. Atmosphere is 10/10. Sells beer and has tons of art and plants. Great place to visit if your from out of town.

Amazing vibe! The iced latte was amazing, and they had some unique and interesting flavor options! I ended up going with butter pecan.

Absolutely love this place! Has a very cool, chill vibe. Great coffees, teas and food options. Owners/staff are friendly and very courteous. Dog friendly too. Which is a huge plus!

Had the pleasure of visiting The District for the first time today. LOVE the vibe, LOVE the coffee, LOVE the people! Seriously, if you haven’t been here before….GO!!

We loved this place. The coffee/espresso drinks with alcohol were fantastic. I had the chicken biscuit for a snack and was blown away by it. I was too hungry to wait to take a pic of it before eating, but it was well worth it. This place is a little treasure in OS.

Great atmosphere! Great coffee and tea. It’s not overly sweet like others, which is great with a 15 month old that wants to try everything you have. And of course the Bagels are delicious and toddler approved. We are from out of state but we will be back next time we are in town!
