Wonderful place for the money good Wi-Fi but definitely need to update the TV system with a smart TV

Was initially hesitant when my husband booked the hotel and the great price he got. Like if it's too good to be true it probably is. Not this time. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and friendly. It isn't fancy or upscale at all but you shouldn't expect that at a small hotel in a small town. The rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable and didn't have a single issue during our stay.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Pool and breakfast are closed 'due to covid,' which just means 'we found a way to save money;' but I don't mind because I can't swim and this seems like one of those places where all the food would be cereal and orange juice anyway. It was a good stay.

I came down to visit my Grandson. I booked 2 nights and stayed a 3rd for the room was dark at night, bed was very comfortable, shower was enjoyable, and great continental breakfast. Staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make sure that everyone in the hotel has a quiet and peaceful stay! Thank you for aiding in a great and memorable time with my Grandson!! See you the next time I come to visit!

The front desk clerk Cheryl made my day.... She helped me get the perfect room, check in was easy, and she even made sure I had fresh towels in the morning! Ten of ten

My only issue was the manager. He was rude he was foreign. The hotel was emaculate clean smelled fresh we sat in the lobby last hours talking with friends and family. The swimming pool was clean and great. Room service ladies were especially sweet sweet sweet. I loved them. My only issue was him the manager/owner.

I stay at this hotel when I go visit my mom because it is very close to her home. The rooms are clean. The bed is comfy. The breakfast is quite tasty as well. The friendly staff make the visit enjoyable.

Best Western Ellisville Inn provided an enjoyable experience throughout our stay. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well as professional. Hotel appearance and cleanliness of the guest room was impeccable. Breakfast menu offered variety and was freshly made each morning. The price rate was very reasonable.

The staff was beyond friendly, they gave me no trouble about my service dog. I recommend this place 10000 times over. From the managers, the owner and the house keepers, they were very respectful and courteous.
