Brewer & Sons Custom Meat and Retail Store

I have about fifty beef a year processed at this plant. The staff and owners are always easy to work with. They take pride in their work. We are happy to support a local family who are hands on in their business. Their prices are very fair and they work efficiently to get your product back to you.

This is our second time getting a 1/2 hog bundle. This time took a little longer but the wait was so worth it. The smoked porkchops were better than any restaurant could produce. We absolutely love knowing exactly where our meats come from and the quality, price, customized packaging can't be beat!

We have used Brewer and Sons on several occasions for beef and hog processing and have always had a great experience. The cuts of our meat have always been perfect. Plus they are friendly and have great hours.

Very professional and friendly. Been using them for all my processing from deer to steer for the past 3yrs. Prices are great and they work with you the best they can on your timeline. Newly upgraded store front looks amazing and user friendly.

Absolutely awesome experience. I am on a running list. This is my 3rd purchase. Cut to order. Vacuum packed packaging. You could burn the steaks and they still taste good! The people are great. Homestyle store offers awesome bacon and pork products too. Clean store, Covid freindly protocals and they treat you like family. I drive an hour and a half to do business with them. It is super worth it. Pricing is awesome too! I hate to leave such a great reveiw because I worry my new friends will never have a day off but, darn if they don't deserve it!

Had 2 pigs done here purchased at the fair. For both years, best taste and quality I have had in years. Looking forward to having pig this year done by as well. Customer service is excellent as well as fair pricing. Cant go wrong.

I have been taking my deer to Jolly's for probably the past 10 years, maybe more and I have Always gotten MY Meat back. Never have I experienced getting meat that "Could Have" come from someone else's kill. I know how to take care of my quarry and get it to the locker quick and clean. I don't let it hang in a tree for 5 days before getting it to a processor or processing it myself temp permitting.
Their deer sausage is top notch and I would put it to the taste test against that "Other Place" down near St. Genevieve and the cost is much less than the "other place".
The gals are friendly, but they are busy so don't expect much chit chat they have work to do, and I've spoken to the gal that runs the place and have her number, and even if it's a weekend or a holiday I can call her and she will take a deer. They only live about 100 ft. from the processing building. So that's a nice thing to take a deer in the cooler even on a holiday. I Really Appreciate That So Much!

The owners were very helpful in helping us get meat for an upcoming event. They gave us lots of options and some idea to help with cost. They have a good variety of meat at decent prices. Definitely going to keep going and getting their meat.

I am happy to report that the new owners have carried forth a compelling business model that features personal service, fair (even inexpensive) prices, and excellent cuts of meat. Highly recommend seeking them out.

Jolly's is a well run, locally owned butcher shop that offers quality meats. Jolly's is also very involved with the 4 H, and other local youth programs. I highly recommend! !

Best way to put it, the sausage they make is what dreams are made from. Made sure to order enough for most of the year this time.

No one can beat the prices or the taste. They even have grass fed beef if that's what you like. I don't know why the person below gave 2 stars and had nothing but good things to say, but if you come here you won't be disappointed.

Great place to get fresh cuts of farm raised meat, off the beaten path but worth the drive!

i love Jollys, u wont find a better cut of meat any where where theres very little fat (depends what u get) and once u buy from here u wont buy any where else
