Very nice rooms--residences, actually. Kitchen, a living room so big that you really don't think twice about the bed all the way at the other end of it. Nice bathroom and lots of closets.
The staff is friendly and helpful. What a wonderful experience!

Just checked in and Makayla at the front desk made a bad day much better. She greeted me with a smile, thanked me for being a rewards member, and even walked me outside and showed me how to get to my room. I get in my room it’s clean and the room temperature was perfect for the 2nd day of fall. I will definitely be staying at the property again. Not to mention it’s very quiet over here! I was so impressed with my overall experience at this Residence Inn. My family and I are relocating to St. Louis and ended up coming earlier than expected. I called Marriott and they were able to find me a spacious unit at this Residence Inn and confirmed that it was dog friendly and would have plenty of space. We ended up arriving slightly before check in time, and they let us check in early. The room was so nice! Very clean--which is very important in the middle of a pandemic. We had a penthouse which was open but had 2 "rooms" and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was comfortable, the beds great, bathrooms were clean.
I felt comfortable walking my dogs around the units. They are in the middle of renovating the units so the designated dog areas were a bit hidden. I didn't realize it till the 2nd day I was there.
We ended up checking out early as our corporate housing became available early. When I went to tell the office to adjust my reservation, the made the process very quick and simple. They even let us do a late check out which helped us move between places. The staff was very kind and helpful. Especially being in the middle of a move, when people help make life easier, I really appreciate it. Thank you!
Overall, I highly recommend this location, especially if you are a family and have dogs. Thank you Marriott!

Staff is very friendly and accommodating; the rooms are comfortable and clean. The property maybe in need of renovation but nothing so dire that could potentially ruin one's short-term visit. The neighbourhood is relatively safe and within walking distance from a mall and many decent restaurants. Free of charge breakfast everyday and almost a free dinner and beverages three nights a week. Free coffee 24/7. I had read all the reviews online and am glad to have decided to stay at this establishment despite the bad reviews. My heartfelt gratitude to the staff that make this place run!

Front desk was very friendly. Room was excellent. Room had a full kitchen, great desk and work space. Large bathroom, which was very nice. Two clothes closets. A comfortable sitting room and nice king size bed. A nice hot breakfast was also included. All this for under $100. And only a very short distance from a very nice mall with lots of restaurants.

The breakfast was top notch, some of the best I've ever had with plenty of variety. The staff were all polite and professional and the room service staff were efficient. One of the best hotel stays! We stayed in one of the studio rooms and there was an oven, complete dishes and silverware sets and great parking. They thought of everything!

Residence Inn Richmond Heights is a winner. Great location. Zoo just 5 minutes from here. St. Louis Museum , Forrest Park, all just a few minutes away. St. Louis Arch and Downtown St. Louis is only 10-15 minutes from here. Lots of dining options nearby. And this room would easily sleep 5-6. Full kitchen. 2 bathrooms. Kids loved the upstairs loft bedroom. Less then $200 a night. Complimentary Breakfast provided. Fireplace just for decoration. No more complimentary drinks or snacks for happy hour.

We had a last minute stay as our house was without water for several days. They were extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed including a late checkout. They were under renovation and there was a few things about the room that needed updating. Breakfast was great and the staff was very welcoming. I would recommed this location if you are staying in the area.

My family and I got a room initially for a night, but the hotel was kind enough to extend it to two nights. It probably helped that we were elite members, but I would still say that service was overall good in that category. Breakfast was good though not the best breakfast I have ever had at a marriott. The room is great; it's big (it has two floors), clean, has fairly modern electronics, and the usual marriott items. Overall, the experience is a 5/5.

5 night stay. Awesome. Good breakfast. Lobby, rooms, breakfast area, pool, all well kept and in good condition. Internet free and stable.
All the staff has been great. Always greeted with a smile. Manager has gone above and beyond Saturday night. We're a large group, breakfast was started early on the weekend for us.
I definitely recommend, and will return.

Very nice place to stay especially if you want the option of cooking in your room. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This location is very pet friendly as well. They have plenty of grassy areas for your pets; they even supply waste bags and trash cans for disposal.

Nice large rooms. Decent sized kitchen for a hotel. Fully stocked kitchen. Average breakfast but they also provide evening drinks and snacks Monday through Wednesday. Nice hotel in a nice area. Good alternative to staying downtown if you are here for an extended period of time. I will definitely be staying here again.

Service was excellent. Staff was very kind and helpful with check in and getting us rooms together and on the 1st floor as we preferred. Breakfast was great, with friendly and helpful staff, lots of options and a lovely, bright room to gather, eat, read the papers and watch TV. Have staued there before and will Definately be back.

Honestly top 3 overall hotel experiences I've ever had!!! EVERYONE from front desk, to maintenance, to housekeeping and in between were friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and seemed generally happy to both help myself and be at work. I must say at only 35 I've been fortunate enough to stay at many 4 and 5 star hotels and this experience ranks up there no question. Not to mention the young lady from the front desk who found pepto for my sick girlfriend at 3:30am and showed up with it in person at 3:35. As well her general concern that things were okay and reiterated, like when I first checked in, anything I needed don't hesitate to ask. An experience I will certainly share with others. Thank you for making a tough spot in my life brighter and comfortable! Keep up the good work!!

Oh my gosh. What a relief! Driving across country from SD California with our dog and this is first hotel we e had that was spotless, cozy, welcoming and beautiful. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. So happy to be here.

Unique hotel that is more condo style than any other Marriott I've stayed at before. Very spacious and homey rooms, and staff was very friendly. I only stayed for 2 days for work, but would definitely choose as one of my top options if I had to choose an extended stay.

This Residence Inn location is not even a minute away from the St Louis Galleria. Extremely convenient! Staff is ultra friendly. Shout out to Florence for giving me ideas on where to eat in St Louis! Well the property itself may look a little weathered, the rooms are great and rather spacious.

What a cool place. The rooms were spread out in separate buildings, so it didn't feel like a hotel at all, but a high end apartment complex. The staff was nice, and the breakfast was good.

Nice room, very clean, great kitchen. A cricket had made a home in the ventilation; I'm sure we could have changed rooms, but pretended we were camping instead. Great time.

The service from management level to staff and hospitality was an AMAZING experience. All are very professional, patient and nice in particular Rachel, Angie and Florence. Kitchen staff and cooks were also outstanding and entertaining. I highly recommend them and will definitely be staying there again in the near future.😉
