Rally House Brentwood

Most items were kinda pricey, but they have great staff. They were very friendly & helpful. There is a wide selection of stuff to choose from. I saw gear for Cardinals, Blues, Mizzou, SLU, & others.

Absolutely great shopping experience for Cardinals and Blues merchandise. after a couple of minutes of shopping on my own I was greeted by Alicia and she positively hit a homerun on finding the things I was shopping for.. She helped me gather everything up and Alex helped at the register. The prices I found were just a bit cheaper than other team logo apparel location like the mall and internet. They had a huge selection and nothing had to be ordered or mailed to me. Appreciate the help and the experience. I will go back when in STL, Highly RECOMMEND!!

This place is awesome My family and I are from Florida and we don't come to Stl that often. One lady helped me and my family a few days ago. I think her name was Tonya I believe, My kids loved her. She was very helpful extremely a delight. She laughed with me and my family and actually convinced me to buy 1 extra jersey on top of the 3 I was already purchasing lol she is definitely a great employee. We will hope one day in the future that she can help us again🙂

if you're looking to limit your selection to everything under the sun then this is the place to go! every sport is represented including generic St Louis themed merchandise as well. There are are items ranging from shirts and hats to pajamas, socks, sandals, decorations. The staff were incredibly friendly and I was actually surprised that it was not more crowded than it was. There are some bargain racks but mostly everything is at retail price and name brand merchandise. You get what you pay for, as they say, so if you want St Louis and Missouri oriented sports gear, this is definitely a must stop.

Went here looking for a specific item and Izze went above and beyond to make sure that we left with what we were looking for. Thanks Izze for being customer service orientated and knowledgeable of products, it's gratefully appreciated.

Loved my shopping experience as I was buying for me( lots of Cards options) and next generations Cards fans- got matching retro jerseys for adult daughter and our grands, ages 5&3. Made for happy pictures
Clerk was awesome help as she looked at pictures of them and got sizes right.😁

As soon as I entered the store Cindy the store associate was very warm and cheerful. She greeted us and assisted us the whole visit. She even took the time out to look for merchandise at another store. Alisha also was very helpful and recommended items to personalize our merchandise. I highly recommend this store not only for the merchandise but the service is the best that I’ve experienced in a long time. Thanks ladies!!!

Alisha is great. Very pleasant and accommodating. I’ve been coming to the Brentwood store for 4 years now, whenever I come to St Louis. Alisha goes out of her way to help me load up on my Cardinals and Blues gear.

I absolutely love this staff at Brentwood!!!! Cindy and Alisha were so helpful with me finding a gift for my brother they even offered to ship it to him with your online store. Which I am now addicted to by the way. Service like this is very rare nowadays. You guys are lucky to have such a great team! I'm telling everyone to come to this location!

I placed an online order and then needed to pick it up within two hours...the day before the Cards Opening Day.

When I called the store, Alishia said she'd do her best to fulfill it -- when I got there they were working on it, and Michaela helped me find the other item. This was all happening with a packed store! The staff did a great job of helping me get things together quickly while also juggling a long line of customers at checkout.

I enjoy shopping at Rally House in Brentwood because their staff is knowledgeable and provide a high level of service. The store has a wide variety of items in stock and at a great price point as well. I highly recommend Rally House, Brentwood.

I was invited to a game party and needed something in a rush. Had no clue that I would be blessed to have help from Alisha and Lane. When I say the best customer service!!!!!!!! I was even offered a water because I needed Aleve for an headache. They where willing to be my personal shoppers. I loved the atmosphere of the store and the great vibe I was giving when I needed assistance. I will be back for more items soon and also, Just to hang with them of course! Thank you Rally House!

WOW What great service I had today at Rally House. Was searching for something Blues related for a work event and the staff went above and beyond. Got all the materials for me, suggested other items and even called another store when they didn't have enough and put more on hold. Hats off to Cindy, Alishia and Kenny. They made the process not just easy, but enjoyable. THANK YOU!

I had the most wonderful customer service experience today!! I went in to get a Molina jersey and to use my 40% off coupon before it expired. They didn't have my size- and I asked a worker (Nancy) if everything they had was out on the floor. She immediately offered to check the back but came back empty handed and apologetic and offered to call other stores in the area to see if it was in stock. After several failed attempts at other stores, she suggested times to check back after new shipments rolled in as well as buying a jersey without a name/number and going to get what I wanted put on it instead. These options were extremely helpful and the fact she took so much time to help me was so great! I told her it wasn't a big deal and that I was going to look around to see if I found something else to use my coupon on. Without asking, she had another worker (Megan) check the entire store, additional racks, and the back once more. After a few minutes, she found me in the store right away with the jersey I'd been searching for! Without her outstanding customer service and persistence in finding me my jersey, I would have walked out with nothing. Thank you Megan and Nancy for your time today!! Happy customer!

I rarely do Google reviews but I had such a wonderful experience. The store is neatly organized and they offer such a wide selection of sports memorabilia. I was able to find gifts for the spirts enthusiast in my family. I ended up spending much more than I originally intended. I will definitely be back!!!

I love the selection of Cardinals and Blues apparel and memorabilia at Rally House. You can easily browse the hours away with all the merchandise they have to offer. Special thanks to Alicia who treated me so well, going over and above to help me out. Easy five stars!

The Rally House of ALL other Rally House's!! I just have to say that the manager at this location did an excellent job preparing her team for the Blues Stanley Cup win. The store was absolutely PACKED the night of the win and for the next 7 days! So many people came in and the staff was clearly out numbered. They kept great organization through all of it.

They were poised, helpful, and never showed any discontent or attitude with the large customer/fan base there to purchade merchandise. If you're looking for a friendly staff and one that will help you with patience, this is the Rally House that you want to go to!

This Rally House is by far my favorite of all your locations. The staff is so friendly and helpful not to mention I had so much fun with them that I forgot I was shopping. Will definitely be back again. Thank you Mikayla and staff I needed this experience!

Very large selection of St. Louis gear, an vast amount of Cardinals, Blues and City FC gear, if you can't find it here you probaly won't find it anywhere. If you are nearby check this place out.

I love Rally House for local sports teams that I support. The girl assisting me today was very nice and helpful. I do not recall her name but we did converse and said she was from Kansas City and was wearing an Arkansas Razorbacks sweatshirt. Thank you Rally House. My only wish is that I could get notified on more sales to know when its cheap to come visit.
