Awesome service. 5 stars all day for the quality of service I get each time I come in this store...he Is always super helpful and pleasant to deal with. He definitely goes above And beyond. Would highly recommend

So my first experience w metro PCs sucked (vivion road)but on at least 3 occasions I have come in w/ a mess anyone else would've said we can't help you or been too lazy to try.majeed is amazing.he saved another customer who was considering leaving for a boost.

Had the best customer service in a MetroPCS yesterday at 640pm , The worker Majeed I believe was excellent and fast about the work , got me setup for a new tablet that I was eligible for and helped me pay my phone bill in person when the app wouldn't accept it. 10/10 service and 10/10 for the worker who got me all setup.

Majeed was Awesome-Great customer service skills and a true multitasker! He assisted us with picking out phones that best suited our needs plus helped them set up!

We chose to drive from Leavenworth to this location cause the young lady Lynn was so helpful and was able to get a phone transferred from another location to hers, which others closer to us would not even offer. The best customer service we have ever had via phone and in person that I decided to upgrade my phone cause great customer service is rare.
