Absolutely one of the worst banks. Mad at myself for even signing up with this bank. I have just a checking account with them. Every time I go to cash a check. Seems to be a problem. Then I eventually take the check to wherever it was issued and pay a fee. I haven't to date had a good experience with this bank. Not sure how or why the say they can help. Been with them for a little over 1 yr and has just been bad. Not enough room to actually write down all the bad experiences at this bank. My opinion. Choose another bank. Find somewhere else to keep your hard earned money.
