As a truckers , my fiancé and I are always on the road and we LOVE TACOS. We have had our fair share … even in the border of Mexico … it doesn’t get better than this!

We ordered about 50.00 worth of food for us and our 4 kids and we didn’t finish it ! The portions are big the prices are low & this food will make a bad day… great .

Check them out ! They need a brick and mortar store ! Absolutely delicious .

I have had every type of taco and a few burritos. I have not had a bad meal here. I wish the daily specials were online. The tres loches cake is really good!

DELICIOUS! We got a little bit of everything, brisket & cheese taco, pollo taco, asada taco, pastor burrito and rice. Everything was made fresh to order and very authentic! Can’t wait to go back!! Go support this food truck, you will not be disappointed.

3 amazing items for $23!!! Carne asada burrito was crazy good!!! I spend more at nasty taco bell....never again! This is the best place! Close your eyes and pick something...no matter what it'll be delicious

Food trucks are the best. Would have given them a perfect score, but I had to return to pick up additional food that was missed in my bag. Really enjoyed the food. The Birria and cheese tacos were amazing.

Not only is the food excellent, the service is top notch, spectacular, ultra good above and beyond what you typically find at a resturaunt. This is a small place with big flavors and giant hearts. The margaritas are very tasty and perfectly mixed with their own blend of salt on the rim. I am here taking the guys to dinner after a hard day of work but will be bringing my girlfriend back very soon.

I ordered a birria taco and nopal taco, so delicious. Service was quick, and they were very friendly.. will definitely be back and will be recommending to others!

Delicious food that is served hot and fast! The burrito was great (their chicken was so flavorful), and the two tacos (with asada and pork) were amazing as well. Highly recommended!

We ordered el pastor, asada, and birria tacos and they were amazing! So much flavor packed into each bite. The birria tacos were definitely my favorite and will definitely be returning for more in the near future! Only negative feedback is that we originally wanted to try this place out on Tuesday night for dinner around 6pm, which according to their hours they should have been open. We made the drive out but unfortunately the Taqueria Ibarra food truck was nowhere to be seen. Having updated hours or posting when/where you'll be serving would be incredibly helpful so we don't drive home sad that we couldn't have this delicious food.

Holy hell I should have taken pictures of the food, it was fire. I ordered 12 Al pastor taco. The tortillas had so much flavor🥵🥵🥵. Why aren’t u there yet?

This is the only Mexican food truck that is very close to us where we live. They are up north by Burlington st in the church parking lot. Always packed but food is so delicious and the tres Leche cake is the best. It is so great that I always get me a slice when I go.

First time coming here and definitely will come back. The chicken taco was delicious as well as the chicken quesadilla. Highly recommended.

I never do reviews but this place blew us away. The price for how much you get is amazing. We got the family platter and they loaded it up. PLEASE continue being generous with your portions!! Very very impressed. The steak and chicken were top tier.

One of the best quick eats in the Northland. These tacos are some of the best you will get in the entire KC region.

Drove by this food truck many times in a church parking lot on North Brighton. Found them on Google maps recently and was impressed by the the fantastic reviews they get. The day that we planned on getting food, it was in the middle of a strong thunderstorm. Could not believe my good fortune when I called and they said they were open. I did a phone order and in less than 5 minutes they had my food ready to go and pick it up. The street tacos were amazing and my friend really liked his steak burrito. I definitely will be dropping by here again soon.

Stopped by today for the first time and I’m not kidding when I say this. The best Mexican food I have ever had. It was delicious and authentic. Amazing by all means, run not walk and get you some. Will be going back. Customer service was also top tier.
