Dr. James Walden is the best doctor I have ever visited. EVER. His calming nature coupled with his mastery over his profession is unparalleled. I felt that I had his complete attention, and he was in no hurry whatsoever during my appointment. In addition, every member of the office that I have interacted with has been top notch. I would NEVER visit another gastroenterologist, and for anyone looking for such services you will not find a better doctor. Period.

The nurse is the best :) I've always gotten appointment reminders and they're willing to work with me if something comes up.

I had very good judgment of this team, but I really feel disappointed. My medical bill of 1200 dollars arrived first to my mailbox of mail that my medical results after 21 days waiting for a call to know about the result of my Fibro Scam. During this period no one called me, nobody cares about my health and I put my health and my life in the hands of this medical team. today when I call I say that there is nothing to come back in 6 months. I've been trying to find out why my liver tests have been altered for more than 7 months, Dr. Gregory A. Schnell has not given me a diagnosis, just tests and no results, I've really been disappointed, it seems that only the important thing is the money.

I had a referral to this place and have left a couple messages over the last month. No one has bothered to contact me. Not even to tell me it will be a while to be seen. They might have the best doctors in the area. No one would ever know due to the lack of communication from the front desk or scheduling staff.

Couldn't get a callback about a serious condition when I was a patient so I went elsewhere. However, they were sure to call and try to set up a colonoscopy months later after I told them I was going somehwere else. I thought the doctor was fine but the front desk I found to be dangerously incompetent.
