Giant Food

For my grocery shopping I can be a Giant customer by the welcome of the scene. My favorite store is local to Annapolis for visiting and learning the answers to top nutrition. Telling what I know and being amazed! “How to be the expected visitor or pledge a community safe routine.”

The workers are wonderful, and the pharmacy staff go above and beyond for your needs and care. One of the pharmacy techs is grumpy sometimes.

5 stars for the store but zero stars for the self checkout machines. Idk why the technology is just not there with Giant yet. 😭

We were at the Giant Bay Ridge Annapolis today shopping for Halloween cupcakes. When we couldn't find any, we asked the baker working in the back. Although she was busy, Amanda, took the time to talk with us and explained that they were sold out. We thanked her, but before we left she asked what kind of cupcakes we were looking for. We described them, and she then proceeded to make a dozen beautiful Halloween cupcakes while we waited. What a beautiful gesture way above and beyond even the excellent customer service we always receive at Giant. Thank you Amanda for making our day. You are a wonderful person and Giant is so lucky to have you as a baker. I hope your bosses see this and you are rewarded properly for your exceptional service.

Easy to get in and out quickly. Store is well laid out and small enough to find everything you need. Excellent customer service. Friendly cashiers and quick checkout with them.

We have been going to this store for quite a while and have long enjoyed the excellent service. However, recently, they really went above and beyond the call. Our child decided to hide in the store. We asked for assistance and they really helped! They had someone stay by the exit to make sure that he didn't head out that way and then helped us comb through the aisles until we found him. Excellent service! Highly recommend.

Today while at the Bayridge Giant in Annapolis I was helped by a guy in the freezer department. His name is Shane. I can't express enough how helpful he is every time my wife and I shop there. We only shop at the Bayridge Giant now because of Shane, and a few other awesome employees. This morning I was at the store picking a few things up for my sick wife. I couldn't find what I was looking for, thankfully Shane went above and beyond and went into the freezers in the back and found what she really wanted. He then went all the way across the store to find an item my wife wanted also. He's a hard worker and always makes our grocery shopping enjoyable. THANKS SHANE. And Giant Bayridge.

One of the cleanest Giants I've been to. Had to get help in the fresh meat section and the guy was awesome. I wanted him to just wrap up the whole top shelf because it all looked so good. Got two perfectly marbled, monster ribeyes, and I can not wait to get them on the grill. Customer service was outstanding at checkout, as well. Definitely the best grocery store in this area, from my experience.

Just experienced a very awkward check out. Customer before us confused her credit cards. Charged wrong card. Wanted to change to another card AFTER cashier had already rung up. Cashier called over supervisor to help sort out. Both had excellent composure and handled situation as best they could considering how confused the customer had become. More than 10 minutes later with several of us customers waiting in the checkout line they opened up the adjacent cash register. We finally paid and got on our way. Kudos to the cashier and her supervisor!

Come on y'all, let's show some support for the neighborhood grocery store. They might not have wheatgrass smoothies, but they've got solid produce, good fish and meat counters, and excellent customer service. Super friendly.

Giant Food in Annapolis on Bay Ridge Avenue is always an awesome experience. The employees are just like family. They know my name and I know theirs. Everything I need is there; from the Pharmacy to the Ice cream. If ever I look lost someone is there to point me in the right direction. I love that store.

Been a long time since I visited this Giant and I must say that the improvements are great. This store used to be very dingy and dark, but now it's bright and airy. It's still out of the way for me but if this is the new standard then I'll be more open to shopping there in the future

Very pleased so far with home delivery service. We have consistently had same person bringing our order and he is wonderful.

Easy to park, quality products, low prices, helpful staff. I love Giant Food.

Clean well-lit parking lot open until midnight 6 days a week, self checkout after 10 p.m. the store is the old layout not the new one. It's not too bad
