I love shop here. I get there first thing in the morning everyday and it so pleasant to see the clerks. They are very helpful, pleasant and the store is always stocked and clean

I moved to Annapolis 9 months ago and this is the only 7-11 i attend no matter how many i pass the people here are very nice and personable if you take the time to talk to the staff store is always clean well stocked and same staff there is a language barrier that's why people think there rude I'm guessing. Give them a chance and they will be a lot nicer i guarantee it

I come to this location each day and the staff is always pleasant and helpful.

I had a question regarding to a promotion and the person was very helpful.

Very nice and very kind people here! I always feel welcome.

Oky im Edited to explain what is happen , When i came to the store couple of times the pakistani guy talk too much against me and then the indian guy also be with him and they try to bully me , just remember one thinf i can sue you for this ,,and i have all the evidence

The Staff Start talking against me in their local language and start laughing dnt go here if you want bad experience and want to be bullied ,specially the guys working on night shift are so disrespectfull and disgusting ...

Very Rude Night Shift Guys , The Night Shift Guys Start Aruguing with me for no Reoson ,,

Extremely rude staff. I needed a bathroom, and stopped in to see if they had one. The bald, toothless guy behind the counter was extremely rude to me when I asked. I asked if they had an employee bathroom I could use since it was an emergency, and he sarcastically snapped at me, "well you're not an employee so no." No need to be rude you toothless wonder.

Today 5/4/2021 I was in 7 - Eleven store I bought my coffee and when I paid for my coffee the cashier he said his name Sil he was discriminated me he started speaking Spanish with me I said I am sorry I don’t speak Spanish after that he ask me where I from I answered and he started talking with he’s coworkers in the another language and all of them was started laughed at me and he said he can teach me where I should swipe my credit card very bad customer service.
