Ya I dont believe these reviews, the dentist side is just amazing, I've gotten a lot of work done, there and not only do the staff know my name, they are all very polite and helpful.....

Kind and friendly staff. Clean environment. Doctors on staff are thorough and listen well. Staff is easy to talk to. Health portal makes it convenient to see your results of regular labs without bothering anyone.

The staff in this office do not rush. As someone with many health conditions I greatly appreciate this, it allows them to pay attention to details. My doctor was able to get a diagnosis for an autoimmune condition by taking her time with me and referring me to a rheumatologist. So there is a chance that your appointment may not start on time but recognize that you will get a thorough appointment when you are seen.

This leads to the only complaint I have...
They are usually busy and you may struggle to get an appointment with your specific Dr if you need an immediate appointment. You might need a walk in appointment, or go to the other Swope location. But it is worth it.

As stated on their website, I arrived early for a walk in emergency dental appointment. (On a Monday) The facility is very clean with a large waiting room. Two sides for check in dental and medical which makes things faster. Johnny at the front desk was so nice and helpful, and I was seen within an hour. The dentist was extremely thorough, made me feel very comfortable, didn't rush things he took his time and I left here feeling this was one of the best experiences I've had with a healthcare place in a long time. I got in and out under 2 hours. Definitely recommend!

I've been a patient at the Riverside office for about 5-6 years now. I have never had any problem with any staff member. They are always friendly yet professional. I have received top-notch medical and dental care. Dr. Jackson and Dr. Medlin are the best! They both take their time to listen to your concerns and explain things. I've never felt rushed by either one of them. I simply can't say enough good things about them. When checking in or out, scheduling an appointment or whatever, I can always count on Johnny (sp?) at the front desk to handle everything like the pro she is. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my primary care and dental needs (and where else can you get both through the same office?).

I have read the reviews on this sight and I had to say first of all these people are here to help you, as much as they can they are a income base doctors office. I’m not sure what most of you are hoping for? They are not rude their very busy I have been going their for 3 years. I am white and never felt that they were being racist to me or my family that go here. They do the best they can.

I love this place...I love Dr Jackson and the nurses are always pleasent and kind they will warm up to you if you warm up to them I promise!

Dr. Toni and staff were excellent

Not everyone is nice but I am so happy with going here (yes, I'm white) Dr Jackson is amazing she took the time with me and her practitioner Sheryl ( I think) act like I'm their only patient at the time. I made sure my insurance put them as my primary physicians. Although I hate going to Dr. I don't mind seeing them. I have diabetes among other things and I trust them with my critical care. I do feel most of nurses feel burnt out of their jobs but they aren't my Dr.

Fast! In and out in less than an hour. Staff is super friendly, I have a mental illness and have social anxieties, they kept me calm and relaxed during my visit. I will continue with this place until I move.

Swope Health Northland is a bit of a disappointment. The front desk staff personnel are frequently rude, unprofessional, lacking in professional customer care skills, and one can generally expect to come away from here feeling less than ideal. If you can, go somewhere else, if you can’t go anywhere else then be prepared for what most of us have said happens to occur.
