I was having car problems And the workers ran a diagnostics test and drove the vehicle and informed me that I needed to have my engine coil replaced. They quoted me a price of $50 to replace the engine coil in to be back by the end of business and it would be completed and fixed. However upon returning they informed me that they had damaged the head of my motor and will need to replace it and replace the spark plugs to solve the issue. And replacing and covering the cost the owner informing that they would fully cover the cost of replacing the head of the motor and cover the expenses of my rental car. After 2 weeks they returned my car to me in a much worse condition and the owner said he would only cover half of the cost for the rental car “because these things happen”. I ended up going to another shop to have my engine replaced. Never do business with these people currently going through small claims court for reimbursement.
