We have taken our car/truck here for a few years now. We have always received excellent service for a great price! We were quoted almost triple at a dealership for engine work on our Tahoe. Very satisfied with Leibrand’s!

I have been bringing my cars here for years and when Larry decided to sell his business I was quite concerned about how the transition would go! I can honestly say that Randy has not missed a beat since taking over- he is a very good communicator, they are fair and most importantly they are honest! Melissa at the front is not only knowledgeable but fantastic and doesn't make you feel like an idiot if you don't things about cars. She is absolutely wonderful. The crew here is great, they were honest and Ryan seems like such a nice guy. My husband and I were so pleased to find a place like this with staff who you can tell isn't trying to screw you over. Found my new mechanic shop! I've gone through the Chevy dealership, getting screwed, for years. I finally had enough of the price increases and went to Leibrand's because my Mom had good things to say about them after Kenny's shop shut down earlier last year. They’ve been amazing! Honest, cost-effective, and great at what they do. If it’s a job they can’t do (only happened to us once), they refer you to someone who can. Excellent mechanics are hard to come by, but these guys deliver.

Very nice people. They were accommodating to immediately help with a single-tire replacement while I waited, and made sure all my tires were at the proper pressure without me requesting to do so (something Walmart's Car Care center neglected to do days earlier when I replaced a single tire there).

As busy as they were I expressed.y need of my car asap. They needed to figure what the problem was first and may not get to it as late as Monday or Tuesday. They called me first thing Friday morning and told me what it needed with an estimated cost to repair. It was fixed that day and I picked it up by 1:00 pm!

Called several friends and even other mechanics in the area when my alternator went out and all recommended to come here for service. They got me in fast and the price was great. Would recommend them to anyone myself now.

My wife’s jeep wrangler had a bad wobble on the front end and Leibrands corrected the problem and also did a front alignment for cheaper than most other shops. I’ve taken my vehicles to Leibrands for a decade. They’re always honest and do great work!

Put in a new engine and did great work, timely manner and everything promised was delivered. They were patient with all my calls and questions, answered all of them and kept me updated.

Van broke down in the area and I had no idea which shop to have it towed to. I called a couple of towing services and asked them for recommendations...both recommended Leibrand's. I had a great experience...van repaired, good communication, good price. If I lived in the area I'd definitely take my stuff there.

Fastest work time and consistently more affordable than other shops around. They will honestly tell you what needs to be done and what can wait. I feel confident about their work. Last time I was in, they even rushed to get my car ready for a trip I had to take.

I've been bringing my 2005 Honda Civic here for the last 13 years now. I cannot recommend this place enough. Randy and his crew have a clean and well run shop that is both trustworthy and affordable. These guys are knowledgeable, friendly and are willing to work with you. 5/5 stars easily, and I don't give 5 star reviews for places very often.

My transmission went out, and I had to have my car towed home. I ended up calling Leibrands Auto in Riverside, and it was a fantastic decision! I was able to tow my car there, where they took a look and made sure I knew all my options. They were patient with the process of keeping my car until the new transmission came and then installing it. My car was ready to go in far less time than expected (transmission replacements can take a long time!), and I was able to pick up my car with an upfront partial payment. I was so grateful that I was able to use my car again for the 5 days or so in between making my payment in full so that I could get back to working full time. I paid in full as promised a day early, and I am again SO grateful for the work they did, the time frame of which they completed the work, their understanding, and their excellent customer service. I am very happy I went to Leibrands, and I'll be going back if I need anything in the future!

How refreshing to have honest auto mechanics here in the Kansas City area. When my car literally broke off it’s axle this past Sunday I was fully expecting to be off the road for awhile and to be looking at new cars to weigh the financial decisions that the estimate would bring.

Randy and his crew got my vehicle in quick and fixed within a day for a very reasonable price. I can’t recommend this place enough.
