Joel and Nathan are the greatest! Honest with integrity.. I schedule an appointment, drop my truck off, pick it up on the day they say it will be ready...Love it! I've never had a bad experience with this place. I recommend it highly to anyone who may need service. While any repair these days seems more than many think it should, I've always felt they are quite reasonable.

I know several solid mechanic shops. I had a unique situation where as Mastertech had 1 day to install a fender well, new tires, all new brake pads, fix a relay switch, and alignment. And I had the absolute best experience EVER with this place. They did a perfect job. I will be a loyal customer to these guys for now on. Just like my Dad who has been loyal to them for 30 years now without 1 bad experience.

This is the only mechanic where I will bring my car. They are so kind especially to those who may not know a lot about a cars and are honest about their work and charge a fair price. Would recommend them to everyone for work on their car.

Great service. Fair prices. Knowledgable people. A few years ago I moved to North Kansas City, and I needed a good place to get normal repairs done (brakes, rotors, oil changes, etc.) A friend recommended these guys, and I’m so glad they did. I enjoy getting my vehicles serviced here. If taking you car/truck to the shop makes you anxious, give these guys a call.

The gentleman at Master-Tech in Riverside are so professional and courteous! I have been taking my cars there for years and know that every time they are going to be honest and tell me exactly what needs to be done. As a woman it was very important for me to find somewhere I felt comfortable taking my car for regular maintenance as well as minor and major repairs. I will never take my car anywhere else. Master-Tech is the only place to go for good, honest and reliable service!

This is the most trustworthy shop I have ever been to. I thought for sure I would be purchasing new brakes, rotors and tires before my road trip to Dallas. Come to find out I only had 50% ware on my brakes and tires. Needed my engine filter, cabin filter and wipers changed but that was it. It is so nice to know that you can fully trust your auto shop and receive top notch work on your car or truck when it is needed. Thank you Master Tech Auto!

I had previously took my vehicle to Big O Tires, for my vehicle inspection. They told me that the Pitman Arm needed to be replaced, and it would be $575.00. I didn't like the price, so I brought it to Master Tech, and JR called to tell me there is nothing wrong with the Pitman Arm.

These guys have been fantastic to work with for the past 14 years. First time I went in with what I thought was going to be a big fix on my heating system, ended up being a quick fix of some loose connections. As long as JR and Master Tech are in business we wont be taking our cars anywhere else.

JR and the Mastertech folks have been our mechanics for almost 30 years. They have always given us excellent service. Great people We will never go anywhere else. Thank you for taking such good care of all of our vehicles!

Like many others here I have been taking my vehicles here for so long that I can't even remember how I found JR in the first place but I'm sure glad I did. He kept my Jeep running and dependable as long as possible and is now doing the same on my current vehicle. My vehicles aren't new but he lets me know what needs to be done and we fix it as I can afford.
He also takes care of my grandchildren's vehicles and my sister's. When my grandson left for college he went through his vehicle to make sure it would be reliable and I never worry about that when's he's traveling back and forth. He has a great crew that I trust. I have never had to return after a repair with a problem. Pricing is always fair and JR is both honest and
to me the word kind comes to mind. That's something most people can't say about their mechanic.

I have now been going to Master Tech for almost 6 years and I HIGHLY recommend them. I have never found a more honest repair shop in all of my 35+ years of driving. They are reliable, timely and friendly. Master Tech treats all of their customers with the utmost respect.

Have used Mastertech for years. Most honest and fair car repair shop in the city period. Have tried to find another reputable shop that is closer to me but ALWAYS end up having to bring it to Mastertech anyway. Don't waste time or money going anywhere else. It might take a few days to get your vehicle looked at (because they are busy all the time) but it's worth it in the long run.
