This was an experience in EXCELLENCE!!! The folks at D and M Automotive treated me and my car like family. They were extremely professional knowledgeable and friendly. They service was top notch as they walked and talked me through each process. The mechanic called me and kept updated on each step he took.

I didn’t have to set an appointment. Called them in the morning way after they opened to see if I can get an appointment and they decided to squeeze me in after lunch hours the same day! Brake pads and rotors needed to be changed, they did it within an hour and a half. Super quick service for needing a walk-in service. They also did a little something extra for me, getting a dent out of my rear bumper. This was the best experience with an auto shop I’ve ever had. Will definitely go back to them and recommend to friends/family. 10/10, definitely recommend!

For the short period of time that I was there it seemed to be a very friendly atmosphere and good people did not meet none of the mechanics only the receptionist that new some of my family members which was cool but all in all we didn't get any codes off of the diagnostics so back to driving it again and see if the codes will pop back up again and go from there I will be giving this place a try again but for now. That truck of mine has me stumped yippee!!!!! I will be giving a shout out thank you very much for what day have accomplished this far which leaves me empty-handed It ain't there fault!!!! damn computers so we'll live for another day hopefully my truck will live or give it up and just break down and not leave me stranded anywhere!!! I took my work van in for what I thought was a timing chain issue. Thankfully they did a thorough diagnostic and found that all I needed was some rewiring of a poor wiring job and now my van run perfectly. They also saved me a boat load of money. They took money out of their pocket to fix my van correctly. That goes a long way for me. I will definitely be back in the future for all of my vans needs

D&M really went above and beyond for us from making sure we got in quickly for our services to ensuring everything would be done in as timely a manner that they could control. I originally took my vehicle in to Midas who really does overprice for everything. They didn’t even catch all of the issues that D&M did. We are a single car family so any time our vehicle needs maintenance is stressful. My only complaint and I’m sure it was a mistake was that there was no communication that our vehicle needed another day for work. I noticed how busy they were so understood that mistakes happen.

The owner of Shields Auto refused to give me a refund after they admittedly didn't do the work to get my car to be able to pass inspection. D&M took good care of me. The mechanic is so knowledgeable and the owners are really nice. D&M for the win!

Did a great job replacing all of the brake lines in my 1967 Ford when other shops didn’t want to take it on. Will definitely have them do more work on my car.

They were quick to get me in and extremely thorough. Not only with the car, but with explaining what was wrong with my car. Got it in immediately and fixed promptly. Aside from all this. They are all extremely friendly and I will use them again and again when needed. Car runs great. Thanks D&M!!!

Customer service was amazing, and didn’t take any time at all for the work to be completed. My serpentine belt broke off on my way to work, first time I’ve ever had to deal with this, so I was very upset. Called this business and was greeted by the most kind and welcoming spirit. Would 10/10 recommend to come here for service to your vehicle. Efficient, great service, and they also give a 12,000 mile warranty.

I took my 2000 Cadillac Eldorado to Tires Plus just down the street from D&M for an alignment and AC recharge. Cadillac being Cadillac was difficult to recharge and ultimately they said 'it would'nt take the charge" but charged me $180 anyway! I took the car straight over the D&M and they were able to get the car blowing COLD air in about 20 minutes. I have 4 vehicles and he works on the all...Thanks guys!

I have been doing business with Davis for several years. He is honest and has excellent mechanics. I live in Platte City and bring my vehicles to him. You will do yourself a favor by bringing your vehicle to Davis
