JPN Self Storage

JPN is a great place. Always friendly people there. The storage units are clean and very good sizes. There is always someone there to help you. The area is well lit up and feels very safe. This place is right by the wawa so its convenient to many things

Melanie has been a huge help from our very first telephone conversation. We were in a bind, and Melanie was able to help us. The facility itself is is kept clean and well maintained. I highly recommend JPN Self Storage.

This is a very well placed storage complex. It sits right behind the Wawa directly off of Route 50 with easy access to get back on Rt 50 from either direction. The units all look brand new. Nice security fence and located with good visibility so you feel safe. Great staff that can answer any questions and all around a great experience.

I give this place 5 starts and more if I could. They are very helpful and very flexible for the customer needs. The price us the best you will find around this area. The ladies are very helpful and very nice.

We had a contract for 80/month.
After 1 month they informed me that it is now 125/month.

This company exhibits deplorable service. You're forced to pay on the first of each month, albeit I was told that there's a grace period, that's a fallacy. Additionally, there are absurd fees: $35 for a late fee and an additional $50 if you haven't paid by the 11th of the month. Given the size of the community they're servicing, this is basically a monopoly due to the lack of other storage options. When calling, the young lady who answers the telephone doesn't have the wherewithal to answer the questions that you're asking, but rather gives what is seemingly a scripted response. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, they attempt to reprocess your payment on a daily basis of which has the propensity to result in further incurred fees from your financial institution. One star is literally all this company is deserving of.
