Arrived early for load, was right in a dock. Loaded in an hour. Friendly staff as well. Hope to load here again soon

Very nice and good staff, showed up before appointment. They allowed me to stay overnight and loaded me very quickly. If u stay overnight they close the door by 11:00 pm and open up the door at 06:00am in case u want to use washroom there is gas station near by.

Great guys in check in office, very polite. I got door,they start working little bit before my appointment. Do not come more then one hour before appointment. But there is plenty parking guys. Very,very clean and nice restroom. Keep it that way. In and out in about 31 minutes. Thank you guys!!

Got here at 9 am for a 5pm load appointment put me in a dock at 10am out at Noon. MAKE SURE YOUR TRAILER IS CLEAN

As soon as I got here They assigned me to a dock just an hour before appt time, very polite people and pretty clean place also.

DRIVERS-- This building has 2 occupants. NORTH half is Kenco. South half is Scarbrough. A fence divides the 2 yards. Signs are posted.

Checked in 1430 for 1530 appt. Docked asap. Loaded quickly. Only negative, street signs say nothing about shipping. Follow signs for Kenco receiving check in under awning between docks 40&41. Clean area, clean restroom for drivers (Not Portajohn). Thanks Kenco for treating drivers well!

Drivers, coming off I35 from the south, after you turn on Liberty Prkwy go to south end of the building. Go around the south end of the building, keep left and follow the road around like you're going back out to the street. Before you get to the street you keep right and it will lead you right into their parking lot. They have overnight parking.

I had a 6 p.m. appointment and got on a dock 3 hrs. early. In and out I don't have a problem with these guys.

Drivers if you come from I-35 turn right into liberty parkway and go all the way around the building. Furthest corner. Check in at door P8. Quick door and unloading.
Clean restroom.

Great guy’s specially reception guy was nice good service . Overnight parking restroom available fast loading .

This is a great place to pick up at they are nice and you can take your break here plenty of parking. They will give you a door that you can creep up to and when you are done you can creep back to park again to finish your break.

i did the delivery in 20 minutes.nice company.loading is by appointment takes time but unloading no appointment or anything.

Shawn Newman was the best guy. Very considerate and sweet! He's an asset to the company!
