Incredible customer service! We had a pick up scheduled for a day with less than ideal winter weather and the manager proactively called to say they would be open and still fulfill our order. Then when snow day chaos ensued with two little kids she was completely empathetic when I had to pick up later than they had planned to be open - and even offered to deliver! Really impressed, didn’t even matter how the cupcakes turned out (but the came out great too!), we will absolutely order from here again.

Ordered a mixed dozen thru Door Dash & was impressed! Cake was very moist & flavorful. Lots of sweet frosting. Large in size. We received 5 or 6 flavor combos. Lemon was outstanding. Peanut butter cup was a hit, too. Will order again. Update: Ordered again, earlier in the day - no duplicates in the mixed dozen. If there's a particular flavor you want a certain number of, order those separately.

I’m currently pregnant and craving cupcakes 🧁 but I didn’t want a store bought. I drove 45 minutes to get the Wedding Cake and Red Velvet and It was definitely worth the drive! Moist. Sweet but not too sweet. And they are hefty lol

Ordered their mini cupcakes for a bridal shower and they were amazing! They are on the sweet side but if you get the minis they are the perfect amount and are great for any event!

Definitely have to give 5 stars for the customer service. The customer service alone is what will keep me coming back. The cupcakes will always be a 5 star review too because I love cupcakes. I placed an order online for pickup yesterday for my boss's birthday that's today. When I arrived at the store last night around 6:00 pm, I told the associate I was there for a pickup order and he was confused. I told him I ordered online and he explained that their online ordering system shouldn't be working at the moment, and he apologized because a lot of the flavors I ordered, they were out of. He was so quick to get an order put together for me, and there were still a decent amount of flavors left to have variety. He also threw in a pack of cake pops and apologized for the error. Not only that, but I received a voicemail from their manager, Sadie, who apologized and refunded my order. She didn't have to refund my order because I was completely content with the service I had received and the quick turnaround to get me a dozen cupcakes, but that's what you call taking care of your customers. I will be returning and definitely have to recommend this location to others. Customer service is what makes a business better and they definitely have that down.

The cupcakes here are so good. They are huge with lots of frosting. Flavors change throughout the year but all I’ve tried have always been delicious. The cupcakes are never dry and are so satisfying.

I just had the best moist cupcakes ever for my birthday. Thanks to a family friend who brought them to dinner tonight!

Such sweet and amazing employees. I had made an online order and they tried to call, but I missed it. They were so sweet to just replace it still and even add a few extras. Service was amazing and the cupcakes were equally amazing! I love that I found this place. 50/10

After a mix-up with a GF order made online, the owner graciously assisted with managing the challenge quickly. I'll be going back when it's time for more cupcakes. Thank you, my wife enjoyed her birthday treats!

I have loved Smallcakes for a number of years and now exclusively visit the Burlington Creek location. We have ordered multiple times during the pandemic and these delicious little cakes have given us a lot of joy during this time. There are so many flavors to try and they never disappoint. Unlike so many others, these cakes aren't too heavy or dense and the frostings aren't too sweet - they are perfectly balanced. YUM!

Addictively delicious cupcakes for you and your dogs! The birthday cake flavor is a favorite at our house. My only “complaint” is that their hours are somewhat limited. There have been Saturday nights where we wish we could go grab a cupcake!

They have beautiful and tasty treats, a variety of pricing, and the service was friendly and professional. Highly recommend this place!

Boyfriend bought us some cupcakes to enjoy… absolutely delicious. So moist, not too sweet, and the icing wasn’t too much either. I absolutely loved it, and can’t wait for us to get more!

This might just be my favorite dessert place in the world.....They have the BEST cupcakes ever. The cake and the frosting are both amazing. They change up their specialty cupcakes daily so you never get bored eating the same flavors. The customer service is top notch as well. You will not regret visiting Smallcakes in Parkville!!!

My best friend brought some of the most delicious cupcakes for my surprise Birthday party on Saturday. These cupcakes were the best I’d had in my life, so very moist, flavor able and delicious. Will be coming back and getting some more for my grandchildren’s birthdays.

We go as often as waistline will allow! Ever changing cupcakes of the month along with the everyday flavors. Have nice deals throughout the week as well. Will continue making the drive to this location.

There were some beautiful cupcakes in the bakery that I bought for my birthday. Haven't tried them but have heard some good things

I go here as much as possible for myself and to buy for my family the wedding cake and strawberry are my fav i will continue to go back the staff are very polite and the cupcakes always taste amazing
