Glass America - Kansas City (Raytown)

This place fixed my windshield in order 30 minutes. I had 3 pebble rocks hit my window that needed to prepared. The technician had a very busy day & it was almost time for him to close as he was finishing up with another car. He was polite along with the receptionist ( I forgot) about getting me in and out. I recommend them for all window repair. Yes they are reasonable

Well I've been dealing with a cracked windshield for almost three weeks. My experience with Safelite was horrible and I've wrote about it several times but that is all over. This time I called Glass America and my experience was positive they scheduled my appointment and they were here on time the technician was courteous and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the work he performed. Now if I ever have a problem with my windshield or any of my glass needs on my car I know who not to call and to the one that made my experience stress free, thank you Glass America, I am thankful to the way you handled the replacement of my windshield.

Had some hiccups, although the amount they care about their customers is above and beyond what I've ever experienced at any other business in my life. Mike Hooper cares about who he does business with and I can respect that!

Really good company, they look out for their customers and even educate us about different ways to look out for your windshield. Tank was excellent.

Glass America needs to update their address on google. The directions are to a different company that is not associated with Glass America in Raytown. The photo on Google is showing a different company. Make sure to ask the phone assistant to give you the correct address in Raytown. If not, you will be driving around in Raytown lost.
