Super friendly and didn't hesitate to help me out!!!

They are helpful but one thinks women don't know what they are talking. Said I would have to find a nut because bolts didn't come with it and they should just screw in the back of alternator

Great experience here. After going to 3 different parts stores in Hartwell and no one having the part available, the folks at O'Reilly were helpful, knew what to look for and found the part. Albeit it won't be available until Monday noon they at least tried their hardest to get it for me sooner, knowing that made my minor weekend crisis a little less frustrating. Very friendly staff. They know car parts and are always willing to point you in the right condition. Recently I was in here looking for a part for my Silverado. They didn't have it so the guy behind the counter told me where to go to try to get it. Amazing service. The prices have also dropped significantly since they opened, and now they will price match other parts dealers.

It can be be very intimidating to go in a parts store being a woman. Here I felt comfortable and I was treated with upmost professionalism! I got my battery without the small talk and got it installed for free. I will return here!

We had a dead battery and they checked it for us,the battery was dead. It was still under warranty, but they didn't carry that brand. So they told us where to go to get a replacement. They were very helpful.
