Absolutely Love going to this Location went to wrens once and they messed my phone up bad. Brought it to Thomson and Ms. Joni is the goat she fixed everything for me.

I've just gotten this phone from there yesterday 12.11.2018 & already it's running hot, freezing up, & the battery dies 1hour after it's been off the charger. I've called to get an refund but was told that i couldn't get one. That I could only exchange the phone or get another one & pay the difference. Like I'm loosing out of money either way it goes. I paid 135 & some cents & you're telling me that I can only get $20 back oh wow. SMH. I'm only giving this 2 stars because of that. I haven't even had the phone for 24 hours yet. I got it yesterday at 6pm. It's the next day & it's 11:44 am. However the people that works at this store are very nice & funny 12.12.2018

My experience was awesome. Angie and Joni were very helpful, answered all questions and went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I feel very comfortable in recommending others to come here. Their service was imppeccable!
