Davon Rush made my Verizon experience top notch.

Customer service is at an all time low but Mr. Rush made me feel like he cared , he was patient, kind, and went above and beyond what i could have imagined.

Ian at the Verizon store in Thomson Georgia is by far, the best customer service / sales representative that I have ever had in my 55 years of doing any kind of business. He was very informative and so very helpful to me while trying to make a decision on what phone would best suit my needs and also explaining everything in complete detail. I left there feeling very confident. When I need any other sales or service from Verizon, I will definitely find which location he is working and will travel any distance just to have his expertise, professionalism and personability. I would definitely give him the "all around" highest rating.

I'm only given this because of Abby. She was very informative about every question we had. She was more professional than the others. There was one leaning on the counter as people were walking in. Some of the others didn't smile. You could tell they didn't want to be there at all. And the other times we went in there they couldn't answer the questions. They had no idea. Kept sending us to other Verizon stores. But with her help, we ended getting new phones to help elevate the problems we were having. No one else even suggested a new phone Just kept getting we can't help you.

Abby Yanez assisted me at the Thomson, GA Verizon store today, February 27. The absolute BEST service I have ever had at any Verizon location. Extremely pleasant, professional and did everything she could to help me get a new phone and get it set up in record time. The other clerks that were in the store at the same time were also very pleasant.

Brought in an older iPhone to put SIM card and reactivate it, however it didn’t work and the phone was acting crazy! Chris Bennett was able to get me a new iPhone 14, case, charger the whole package and 20 minutes later all my information was on my new phone! Couldn’t be more happy with the great customer service and how awesome he did to make sure I was able to have a working phone before I walked out the door!! Highly recommend Chris Bennett!!!

I've been a Verizon customer for 20+ years and I've always had great service at this location. High employee turnover rate it seems but the service has always been top notch. Case in point, I had an issue with the My Verizon app processing an order(adding a line, purchasing a new device) so I stopped in to see if anyone there could help. Ms Courtney Kirkland spent 45 minutes with me attempting to resolve the issue. She wasn't able to(it was an app/website issue) the fact that she went above and beyond was so awesome! I'll definitely return to her in the future.

Chris Bennett , was very businesslike and knowlegeable but also very calm, patient and very helpful. I greatly appreciate his assistance in purchasing my newest Verizon phones.
