Awesome merchandise. Bought several Christmas gifts there. Lot of clothes, Boots etc for myself and friends. Especially cosmetics. I use Estée Lauder creams & makeup all the time. The sales person in Cosmetics Karen is extremely nice, professional and goes far beyond to help and make sure you are satisfied. I’ve never had a problem with anything in the store. You will be happy you chose the store to purchase your needs & wants. Excellent selections.

Very nice, clean, well stocked clothing & home goods store. Wide selection of Women's clothing, shoes, accessories. Label brands. Well organized, from casual to more dressy. Nice friendly staff.

Let me just say I haven’t experienced good customer service in a very long time but when I came into bells Nina and Karen R helped me sooo much! They were also very sweet! Even though I came like 15 minutes before they closed they still helped me with everything I needed!! I will most definitely be back! You don’t meet genuinely good people anymore but these ladies were amazing!!!!

Excellent customer service and the prices are excellent at 70% off all boots. Always free samples and they're giving away free gift certificates everyday until the first of the year! Awesome 👍.

The Hartwell Ga Belk is a great place to shop, there's always a smiling associate ready to help with your needs. It's really nice that they still do this, it makes you feel that you're appreciated as a customer.

I especially love this Belks I've made 2 friends there Daniel and the lady that works there in the makeup area and has long black hair with such a sweet smile I just love them both!! They know just how to help you and so precious I'm going back!!!😜

Great store n their prices r affordable. The employees r great n nice n very helpful. Great place to get the name brand clothes u wear n want, w/ great sale prices. When they have sales going on they r worth it in every way n really helps u save some money. 😀

They keep rearranging, lol. They seemed to have removed a lot of their mirrors and you have to go to the changing room to use the mirror. Prices were very good. Service was better than ok, but they need more employees.

I love to shop at belk. Just recently moved here and pleased to know Hartwell had a belk.I recently had a pricing issue but sales associate named Joyce was very polite and helpful. She went over and beyond. She should be reconized for that.

I love Belk it's one of my favorite stores everyone is so helpful there I love it the prices are so great they're very high quality but the sale prices make it very affordable the makeup counters Clinique and the other ones they're awesome the girl I can't remember her name but she has short black hair she is awesome she goes out of her way to take the extra step to help you I love her at the Clinique counter I think she does the all the other counters as well I love Robert he's such a great salesman and I will help you with everything you need the cell prices are awesome

Nice selection, friendly staff, and decent prices. Reminded me of the Belk store in the mall where I grew up.
