AT&T Store

Great customer service at this location! I especially wanted to highlight Amanda, who was cheerful and knowledgeable in all things phone. She was able to help me activate my new phone despite many technical obstacles!

Very positive customer service experience at the Ellijay AT&T store this week. Bailee and Regional Manager Mike listened to the problem we were experiencing and offered several real solutions. They didn't try to just sell us a new plan. I felt they really valued me as a customer.

I have always had a good experience at this store. The employees are always knowledgeable and friendly. Today Robert was the best! He fixed my problem promptly and gave me recommendations to move forward 🙂. Very helpful, kind and polite! AT&T is very lucky to have him.

Robert (or Richard) was the only one there and he helped someone just before me. I could tell by his customer service with her that he would be great with me. He is fabulous, deserves a raise, deserves more vacation time, and what other kind of perks ATT bestows on your fabulous employees. And not to take away from how wonderful he was but the reason I went into the store was because I couldn't understand a thing that the rep on the phone was saying. She really couldn't speak a word of English. But back to Robert he is the best ever and I hope he stays with your company because I will go in there and see him whenever I need assistance.

Robert was awesome. He got the problem fixed. I needed to have my current phone number moved to a new device and new sim card. After talking with prepaid customer service, they had suspended or cancelled my current number and issued a new number. Went into the store, and Robert was great. He stayed with it, called technical support, and got it fixed. We will definitely come back to the store for any and all future needed help!!

Stopped in to get my new hotspot activated. Austin and Robert were very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm definitely recommending this store. Thanks Austin!

Hailey is the only person I like to see at this site. She is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She always has my business. Most of the others just say call 611 or transfer me they never listen.

It was complicated because of self distancing rules, but Jason and Bianca were awesome. They were kind and helpful. They did not rush me. They kept in touch while I was waiting outside and did the same with others who were waiting. Thank you for allowing in store service. I really needed Jason to transfer my service from my old phone which was about to croak. Now would be a terrible time to not have phone access. I was very pleased with the service in Ellijay. It was worth the wait in these unusual times. Thank you.

Amanda is the employee that assisted us. Non intimidating and very knowledgeable. Over the top ethic and a real asset to this company. She answered our questions and what I dreaded so bad with getting new phones etc was a total ease. Very patient with us.

Absolutely excellent customer service made everything right for me the only place I will go to. Valentin, Cindy and Robert are the best! Only will deal with them at this store!

While I wasn't able to resolve an issue with my iphone, the gentleman who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated his efforts and his kindly demeanor.

Amanda helped me she was sooooo wonderful!! I had ordered iPads online & the order was stuck in some kind of black hole. I was on the phone with the Att customer service & couldn’t get anywhere. Went to store & she took care if Everything!!

I can't thank Anyoel Cordovi and Thomas Shirley enough for everything they did from helping me save money on multiple services (cell phone, house phone, and direct tv) setting up my apple watch and staying past the hours of this store to make sure my husband and myself were happy! They were both so knowledgeable about the services we were needing along with being great to just talk to while waiting for everything to set up. Thank you guys so much for making all processes easy and stress free! P.S. because of their customer service and knowledge, my husband, a Verizon customer for almost 16 years has now changed over to at&t! Thank you guys again!

I have found Angel and her team to be the most friendly and helpful group. They have corrected issues when corporate ATT couldn't figure out the solution.
They are truly a great team

Went in to upgrade my phone. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The process was very quick and easy. Would definitely use them again.
