Cherokee Tire Service

This is my new go-to place for anything tire/brake related! These guys are 100% honest and fair unlike some of the other service centers around town. I took my car in for a brake job after being told I needed one ASAP by a local oil change shop. They called and asked me why in the world I was wanting new brakes when mine had plenty of life left in them. They could easily have done the job and made the money but they were honest instead, and that goes a very long way! Thank you Cherokee Tire!

I recently experienced a flat tire on one of my run-flat tires, which are not cheap investments at $500 each. With 10,000 miles on the clock since purchasing the tires from Cherokee Tire, I hesitantly brought my car in, hoping it might qualify for a warranty replacement. To my immense relief and delight, Cherokee Tire not only confirmed the warranty but also conducted the service entirely free of charge.

I can't stress enough how impressed I am with their service. In an industry where many businesses would opt to slap on another expensive tire and attribute the issue to driver error, Cherokee Tire stood out by honoring their warranty commitment without hesitation.

I would like to say that this is the most fair and honest tire place I have found - EVER. Great prices and easy to work with. I had my brakes replaced, rotors resurfaced and alignment. I am very happy with the service and price from Cherokee Tire.

Started coming here in 2016 (I think), and I have been going here since. They haven't let me down or been rude to me.
The prices are very reasonable and the service is quick if you get there when they open (wait times depend on how early you show up/if you have called ahead).

There is a reason this place is so busy.

They have a waiting area with seats, a TV, and a vending machine for drinks and food. The vending machine does take cards.

You can wait there or you can come back later in the day. They will usually give you a time or timeline when you come/call.

If you are unsure about anything, just give them a call.

Love this shop. I have had them order 3 sets of Nitto ridge grapplers for 3 vehicles and they have been there best price by far each time. Combine that with Good people and quality work and you got a great combination. It makes me drive out of the way to go get tires up there.

They also use quality parts and do a great job for brakes as well at a good price.

Had an emergency the friday of Memorial Day weekend. Second flat tire in a week so my spare was already on my car. They were the only place in the area with my car's tire size in stock and bc my car was stranded in a turn lane they were very quick to change out my tire on the wheel I brought and service was very friendly.

Edit: HI Dave! Thanks to you and a BOLT with a washer attached to it going thru one of the two tires on the front of my car 5 days after a nail in my sidewall, I will never roll without road hazard warranty again. I did not even have a jack! Lol!

It's pretty fair on pricing, and people there are honest. I bring all my tire work to these guys.

Cherokee Tire knows how to go above and beyond for their customers. Got a nail in my tire while headed to a wedding, so I really needed in and out quickly; they made it happen! Absolutely the best tire shop in Georgia. Everyone in our family has been going here for 5+ years for tires, alignments, brakes and oil changes. Great prices and recommendations on tires. Picked up a screw that was slowly leaking air. They took the tire off my truck, patched it from the inside and put the wheel back on the truck in 20 minutes - 20 minutes I was back on the road! That is OUTSTANDING!!!

We recently purchased a 2022 Honda CR-V and wanted to replace the air in the tires with nitrogen. Cherokee Tire Service quoted us an affordable "out the door" price over the phone and took our vehicle in the same day. They contacted us a few hours later to let us know our car was ready for pick up. Their customer service was professional. This was our first visit, and we will definitely use their service again.

Their staff is nice. They did our brakes just the back and didn't take advantage of us like another company that said we needed both sets. Now taking our other car today to be fixed. Prices are reasonable too.

In and out without a problem super knowledgeable and helpful. Great pricing and great staff.

Great Company ,they treat you like family.

This place is great for work on big trucks as well as foreign cars. They replaced my spark plugs, my shocks, my tie-rods, and drive-shaft coupler on my Ford F250 with the greatest of ease. I trust them with the big jobs on my vehicles, as well as service and maintenance.
