Awesome customer service. Owner is so nice and helpful! She went out of her way to help me find what I needed. I highly recommend this store for any fellow out-of-towner to feel welcome!

This is a small surf shop in a small strip plaza. It is directly opposite to the beach entrance. In the same plaza there are 2 really good restaurants- Millie’s and Bruno Pizza. We ordered some food to go and went into Family Spot for a browse. The owner is very friendly and chatty. He told us all the bike week merchandise got a 20% discount. He told us stories about the 2017 hurricanes. The shirts and caps are priced very reasonably, cheaper compared with other similar stores. They carry better quality stuff too. If you are around South Daytona for souvenirs or beach stuff, buy here.

Went there last year. Both people I saw working there were really nice and helpful.

I noticed a few thing that were a bit more higher prices than some of the larger souvenir places but decent stop if you want to grab some essentials quickly when in the area.
