Both the pickup and return associates were kind courteous and professional. They attended to all of my questions and needs and provided excellent guidance for my rental experience. They made the experience enjoyable!

I used this U-Haul's storage unit facility for a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The convenience, security, and customer service have all been outstanding.

Frank and Kelly, in particular, have been incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my time here. There was one instance where I forgot to put my personal lock back on after visiting my storage unit. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me the very next day to inform me that they had placed their own lock on my unit for added security. They advised me to swing by the front office the next time I visited, so I could easily replace their lock with my own.

Their proactive approach to ensuring the safety of my belongings truly impressed me. It's evident that they genuinely care about the well-being of their customers belongings and take the extra step to provide exceptional service.

U-Haul's storage unit place and their dedicated team, especially Frank and Kelly, have made my storage experience worry-free and convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable storage solutions.

The person that took my reservation didn't appear too confident that a vehicle would be available for my requested pick up time.....She portrayed the image that they are at the mercy of others returning vehicles on time....

They was not the best for me as a customer because when moving and planning for a timely move with paying outsiders for help with the move etc. it would have been a big disaster if I didn't have a truck available.....
I really didn't need that anxiety for the five days leading up to rental day......

However, upon arrival the rental day, the lady (different than the one that took my appointment) that helped me was excellent and very professional and friendly!!!!

I would most definitely used this location again!!

I will forever be grateful to Frank, who went above and beyond to help me out in a tough situation. A moving company I had hired to do a cross-country move had scammed me, and I had to scramble last minute to book Uboxes and local movers on each end-- a service UHaul made easy! But the boxes need to be set up, and usually there's a 24-hour processing time for this. Frank was the only person on duty that day, and he could have simply said "too bad for you", but instead he listened to my story, and acted with incredible compassion. He called in a manager to come and mind the store, whose name I don't know, but I am so grateful to her as well. Because of Frank I was able to get my move completed and ease some of the pain of being scammed by another company. Frank-- thank you so much for listening, caring, and going above and beyond.

The manager Kelly was awesome. There was some confusion about my pod delivery from the U-Haul in Pa where my pods came from, but Kelly went above and beyond to help make sure I got them all safely and within a quick timeframe to me!

Second time at this U Haul location and husband and I are very pleased with the level of service we received from Kelly. She was super easy to work with and gave excellent suggestions for the equipment we needed. Appreciate all the help we received from her team.

Awesome experience. Both the owner and Frank were amazing. They counselled with me with suggestions for the right equipment to use for my move and even provided wood to assist. They more than earned my business this time and all future times when needing a uhaul. I thought that I had thought through all the things needed but they expanded upon it and made my complicated moved to one that was a lot less complicated. You can tell they really care about their business. But more so they care about people. They were warm and friendly and helpful. So much more than a business transaction. So so pleased with my experience. Highly highly recommend!!!!

The very best place to rent a truck with no hassle and a storage unit

Needed a truck ASAP. Could not find any to meet our immediate needs. The first stop we made didn't have any trucks and just told us to call the corporate office. Stopped in at U-Haul Moving and Storage of Haines City, FLA. Kelley was at the front desk and, after understanding our predicament, did everything she could to help us secure the right size truck in a hurry. Her and her partner gave great advice and went WAY out of their way to help us. Can't say enough about how helpful they were. Great people to work with!!

If I could rent from this location and the people that work at this location I would every time. If I were Uhual I would write my SOP's based on this location.

The truck itself was rough around the edges and I wasn't quite sure we were going to make it but the customer experience from a service perspective was 10/10

I must praise your employees, Kelly and Frank for their outstanding and excellent services they provided us with yesterday. They were both very welcoming as soon as we arrived to the property. The process for the truck and unit rental went very smoothly. A quote for the both was quickly received, and once accepted they made sure that everything went well. They were both helpful throughout the process in case any unforeseen problems arose. We would welcome their assistance in the future. My husband and I had the most unexpectedly excellent experience at this U-Haul! Wonderful, kind and efficient service that was a breeze from beginning to end. Highly recommend them!

This place is amazing. We moved out of state and needed multiple u-haul rental trucks. Kelly was so awesome, professional and really helped us figure out the logistics of eveything. The store was super clean and had everything we needed to move. They have so many supplies and are reasonably priced. At one point, I needed more supplies and did an online order pick up same day! Frank had everything ready to go at the counter. He was also great showing us how to get through the mobile instructions for picking up the truck and showing us how the trucks operate. The trucks were super clean and ready on time every reservation. They all operated great during the drive. I really like the gas saving instrument panel to help us save fuel by showing mpg performance. Kelly and Frank are an amazing duo and kept every promise they made while setting realistic expectations. I would send my family and friends to them anyday! U-haul is awesome! We are customers for life.

Frank and Kelly were extremely helpful! I am 8 months pregnant and was dealing with some misunderstandings regarding the equipment I had rented and returned for my move. After calling three different U-Haul places for help with no luck I finally got the answers/help I needed here. They were polite as well as patient and they truly went above and beyond what was required of them in order to solve my problems. This is by far the best experience I have had with a U-Haul facility and I have had to use them quite a few times.
