My mother has been a patient at this office for over 5 years and the staff and service is worse than it has ever been. My mother has been waiting for referrals since her hospital f/u visit after a stroke and we still have no response 2 wks later from the doctor or her nurse. I have left messages 4x with the doctors nurse and 3 other front desk staff members. I have called 2 other times to speak with the office manager and have been put on hold both times for so long that the voicemail has picked up, so no office manager has been spoken to. The front desk doesn't even call you back if they see that you are no longer on hold waiting to be spoken to. I am an office manager for 2 doctors offices for 35 years and I have never, ever treated patients or family members in this manner. If I am made aware that one of my staff members was treating patients that way, I would speak with the doctor and then reprimand the staff member. If my offices accepted my mothers insurance, I would not be writing this review because my mother would not be seen at that office. She likes the doctorand deals with this mess, but I will not allow this to continue to happen. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone be seen by this office if they are looking for quality or even decent service!!

Dr. Diaz is excellent. Few doctors out there that genuinely care about my wellbeing. She remembers... Very thorough. She had me come back for a follow up and even called me a week later to follow up, to make sure my treatment was going as planned. Would definitively recommend.

Excellent experience at DR. Lama Medical Center. Dr. Jimenez cares for his patients. Always has time for My husband and myself Dr. Jimenez is an excellent Dr. The staff is always ready to help and answer questions excellent customer service. I truly recommend Dr. Lama Medical Center to everyone.

Dr. Jiminez is amazing, I've never had a doctor who actually seems to care about me. He's my new GP and I hope he stays around in this area, he's been amazing for me.

I have been coming to this office for about 6 months and they r very professional, understanding and curtius I had no problem Dr. martinez lets you express yourself and he listen to you. I'm very happy. Thank you

IF I COULD GIVE 6 STARS I WOULD DO IT, THIS OFFICE SEEMS TO ME TO BE THE BEST IN FLORIDA AT THIS TIME, ITS DOCTORS ARE EXCELLENT, THE STAFF IS WHAT I LIKED THE MOST OF THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE, AS THEY ARE ALL SUPER FRIENDLY AND IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET IT IN THIS STATE, I WOULD LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT THE TREATMENT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THE YOUNG KIMBERLY SANABRIA, SHE IS A VERY PROACTIVE YOUNG WOMAN, ALWAYS THERE TO HELP YOU AND WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE, VERY KIND AND SERVICEFUL WITH ALL HER PATIENTS OFFICE, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR YOUR GOOD TREATMENT

The staff and doctor are great! I enjoy my appointment with Dr. Lama, he explained everything and they always treat me like family!

One of the best service I have a got my parents are so happy for select this doctor's office their staff is wonderful and friending and communicating I will recommend this office to anybody that I know because the service is super super super a spectacular
On the doctor side the communication and service is like it talking to a family members and the office staff is open to listen and understand you to get the right service thanks

Dr. Diaz is compassionate takes her time speaking to her patients she treats us like family she listens to her patients she explains everything in Details and in the other hand my experience with Dr Jimenez was not a good experience he is in a rush does not listen to the patient I repeated myself 5 times and he totally ignored my question he did not take time to explain to me what I had just terrible service

Staff if very wonderful!! They are all friendly and they hen i had an emergency they allowed a walk in. Highly recommend.

Sólo llevamos un año en este país, y este es el único plan médico que hemos tenido. La única experiencia desagradable fue cuando la transportación no me fue a recoger y cambié la cita para la tarde y también me dejaron esperando. Perdí la cita y todo el día.
