Our visit to the South Florida AT&T store in Lakeland Florida was exceptional. The Store rep was engaging and responsive to our inquiry. He then adjusted our plan for the Best value for us, and did it all very efficiently.

By far the easiest and best transaction I’ve experienced! In and out within an hours time! Shawn Griffin and Ray were so friendly! Super knowledgeable! They got me everything I needed! I just moved here from NY and my cell coverage was spotty. I wanted to switch and the made it so easy! This is my go to store for sure!

So. My phone broke. Not sure how it broke but in my job field having no mobile was not an option. That’s where Chris comes in. I’m on a family plan and my family is in IL , so I had no way to contact them without my cell . He was able to help me access my account through another phone (I forgot my code too- it’s not often I have to come into AT&T!) . After that he helped me to select the best phone for my situation. We had some issues then with the computer system, but Alex stepped in and helped save the day! After The tough part they helped me select the perfect phone case that will not only showed off my sleek new IPhone but would keep it safe , and a screen protector that I keep forgetting I have. Their expert instillation of them saved me from probably messing up the protector. They were absolutely amazing and I’m so genuinely thankful that I got to work with them. My phone dying was scary but they turned my experience into a good one. Thank you so much Chris and Alex!

Veronica was simply great! She helped me with my moms new cell phone. She ported the number and took her time to make sure her apps were the same on the new cell phone. Her patience and detail exceeded all my expectations. Veronica thank you for your EXCELLENT customer service.

I went in on a week-day morning after breaking my phone and inquiring about getting it replaced or a new one. I was the only person in the store and was immediately greeted by Jason J. I told him my situation and he went through every possible solution and their price points. I ended up dishing out the extra money to get the newest iPhone after Jason explained it would be the best option in the long run. He helped me pick out a case, a screen protector, a pop socket, and a wireless charging pad. He was able to give me coupons on the accessories I purchased and explained to me how to set my new phone up once it arrived in the mail. The phone came directly to my house about three days after my visit. Jason was so awesome during the entire process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. I live in Auburndale but I would drive across town just to come back to this store in the future and I will be recommending to my entire family to come to this store only.

Ray the manager was extremely helpful. I had questions about my plan and he was able to explain how others compare. He helped me set up and show me how my new phone works.

If you choose to go to a corporate store that’s perfectly ok. But don’t let the last review be the reason you do. In regards to Joe Smith’s review, He is a former employee that was let go from the company for stealing by falsifying his time card edit along with some other things. So I urge you form your own opinion by going into the location and visit with the staff.

I purchased my iphone in the Apple location but forgot to back up from my old phone, I thought no one would have wanted to help me because I didn't purchase the phone there, but on the contrary they were Extremely helpful!! It took my sales rep Abigail almost 2 hours to sync my contacts and she patiently helped me sync not only my contacts for work but my pictures, along with everything else! Pleasant experience! Friendly Staff! When You go ask for Abigail!

Wow, that was a breath of fresh air. Herman & Logan are the best. They were still setting the new store and not fully stocked up yet but went out of the way to locate a particular phone I wanted at another store and got it for me within 24 hours. Beautiful new store, friendly staff. Dont bother with the other local store in south lakeland they were rude, This is the ONLY AT&T I will ever go to from now on.

The folks at the AT&T store near Southgate are the best in Lakeland! The staff are not only knowledgeable, competent but personable. We drove from Plant City to this AT&T because of the staff!
