I see PA Cortes and I must say he is wonderful, he cares about his patients and it shows with the way he treats with such hospitality and kindness. PA cortes is an amazing physician and everytime I come in office he is so caring. Definitely recommend him as a physician!!!

I have no complain.Of I'ma front Desk very please. Dr Muriente is so good I'm glad to haved as a Dr .the only thing is wen I have Appointment For example 8:20 is 8:58 watching other the that the rest is perfect.

Dr. Cortes is an excellent Dr, very knowledgeable and caring. The staff is also excellent, very friendly and helpful.

Everyone is very diligent, courteous, attentive, and efficient. Waiting time is minimum, especially compared to other doctors' offices. Checking in and out is a breeze. An especial recognition to Dr. Gil who not only is extremely professional, but also kind, funny, considered, and very patient with my 88-year-old mother. We have seen many doctors, but no one compares to Dr. Gil. He takes his time to tend to my mom's physical and emotional state, not leaving out any aspect of her health. We even enjoy our visits with him! The staff is also awesome! I highly recommend The Pichardo Clinic, especially Dr. Gil!

A place where I can find a group to share experiences and learn to make new craft projects. I feel very happy with the care and interest for our well-being of the doctors and our coordinator

I am happy to be a patient at The Pichardo Clinic/IMA. They always take excellent care of me and my family. My grandma attends everyday the wellness center. Vidalia, the wellness center coordinator, changed my grandmother's life. My grandmother was always sad and depressed. She joined the wellness center and her mood changed and now she is motivated and happy. Vidalie is a kind person and she loves the seniors. We don't have enough words to express our gratitude with Vidalie and IMA.

Excellent medical group. I was treated by Dr. Ruiz ... very good doctor. Now with Dr. Reyes who is very professional. Thank you for everything, because the office staff is very willing and facilitating before the needs of the patients. Especially to Vidalie Negron, who does everything possible to resolve whatever the situation is. Thank you very much !!!

My doctor is Dr. Medina. I love the way he treat the patients. Always open to hear my concerns, never rush. But issues with billing when it comes to code wellness visits. Check in is easy but check out not that pleasant.

This is a fantastic clinic I’ve been coming here 51/2 years now I will not change
My only gripe would be the waiting times for doctor to come in
Just had appointment at 8:20 am was not seen till 9:25 that’s just too long of a wait ! Been my longest wait yet , but outside of time best doctors there

Prior to my dad passing he was a patient of this clinic. He was seen by 2 amazing doctors, Dr. Mello and Dr. B. Reyes. Caring compassionate, always listen to dads medical illnesses and would order appropriate test when needed. The staff are very attentive to our questions and would quickly return our calls.
My dad Maximino Rivera LOVED!!! going to the wellness center for daily activities. He would spend the whole day there! He enjoyed the other patients, activities and special events. The Wellness Center Coordinator Ms. Negron always kept the patients active. From playing bingo, dominos, arts & crafts, crazy hat day, crazy sock day, and eating healthy. He made so many friends and would always keep on eye on my dad.

I give Dr Degman 5 stars!!! His office staff 0 stars….Though the new front office staff is the most unfriendly, the one girl acted like I had lied about when I called about surgery clearance and was told on the phone it was ready but when I got there the girl at the desk said it was not there…🤷🏻‍♀ rude and very unprofessional..
Bring back Sharon & Iris !!

I have had a great medical experience with The Pichardo Clinic for the past 10 years. My current Dr. Escandon is patient, professional and companionate. He explains your results of any test you had done so you can understand. He personnally returns your calls when you leave a message. Staff and nurses know you by name. IMA Wellness Center Davenport with Coordinator Vidalie Negron was a great place to enjoy professional advice, health education, arts and crafts, social events, and overall a Medical Necessary place for patients to come together. As a patient, the professional attention I received from Vidalie when I walked in the door, made me wake up everyday looking forward to Sharing and Participating on any events they had. Looking forward for The IMA WELLNESS CENTER DAVENPORT to reopen its doors. This Covid-19 is very Depressing. I do understand the closures for the Safety of their Staff. But personally as a Patient. It's taking a toll on me emotionally, mentally, and physically. Please reopen soon. I am still happy with my medical services from Pichardo Clinic. Stay safe.
