The handmade soy candles that Andrew makes at the Dunedin Candle Company are some of the best candles we have burned in our house. Andrew offers a wide variety of candle fragrances, including several seasonal ones.

Besides his Dunedin storefront location, Dunedin Candle Co candles can be found around the Tampa Bay area at some local events. Andrew also has shipping available for those who aren’t able to visit the store or local events.

Andrew recently had a poor review, which in my opinion was uncalled for. The review said he had great candles that smell wonderful, but her review was based on the price of his candles. After searching on the Yankee Candle website, I saw that Dunedin Candle Co candles cost $9 LESS, and Andrew's candles are handmade.

To wrap things up: I highly recommend trying out a candle from the Dunedin Candle Company. I think you will be a fan, too.

I LOVE Dunedin Candle Company. Every year my son (31 years old) requests his favorite candle for Christmas and Birthday from this Candle Company, and they ship it right to him. He is in Mo. I just order straight from their website and put his address in. I think for the quality and great service the price is beyond reasonable. The scents of these candles are amazing. Y’all need to order from the website or go visit them in person. They are so kind and helpful, something that isn’t found often and they excel at kindness, helpfulness and friendliness.

I go out of my way to buy these candles! I’ve ordered online, found them at craft markets and such, and even drove over an hour to visit the store. These candles last a long time and the scent is great down to the last bit of wick. Well worth the money!

Again and again these candles do not disappoint, I thought my favorite was the orange and now I'm obsessed with the coffee!

This is hands down the best candle company around. Delicious smelling, long lasting candles with unique scents for every season. As soon as I run low I go back for more! Support small and local- these candles are so much better than yankee or any other large brand at similar price points. Plus- the candles and wax melts LAST! And the smell is potent unlike some other candles. Cannot recommend enough and work as amazing gifts too!

I never thought I would have a favorite candle scent let alone a favorite candle making company but Dunedin Candle Co. gave me both. The cranberry woods is the absolute best scent year round scent and I always have a half dozen or so on hand as they make the perfect last minute gift for anyone on your list. 10/10 will definitely buy again.

I ran across these candles at a monthly market in St. Cloud Florida. I didn’t think about much of it until I took the candle home and burned it. Loved it so much that I had to hunt the company down to get again. I don’t know how but these candles work exceptionally well. The I love my dog scent supposedly eliminates pet smell and I was Leary - but it actually works! I was so impressed. Candles are very long lasting too. Fast and friendly service. I highly recommend!

This is the only place we buy our candles. They out perform and last any other candles we have purchased. The different scents are so nice. For the holidays I really enjoy the Banana Bread and the Cinnamon Chai.The fact that they are all soy and support a small business in our beautiful Dunedin is definitely a bonus. I have sent the Dunedin Orange candle to so many of our friends in different states.

The absolute BEST candle I have ever bought. I got the citrus agave. It lasted forever. I’ve had it a year and it just went out a couple weeks ago. I hope to see you guys at my next local market. If not I’ll be ordering some on your website!

These candles smell AMAZING! If you are considering buying candles from a big box retailer, first smell the candles here — they are even better smelling (and priced) than any chain. Our favorite is the pumpkin spice.

Dunedin Candle Company is the finest local candle store I have ever been to. I shop LOCAL, small business. Our country was built on that and small local businesses need to be supported. The ingredients in the candles are non toxic and smell lovely!! I buy as gifts to introduce others to the pleasure of these candles!! Go there. Shop local. Support small businesses. It matters!!!

One of my favorite small businesses in the Tampa area! Not only do they have a great selection of year-round scents, I always look forward to the fun and often quirky seasonal drops. If you’ve only caught them at farmer’s markets, you’ve got to stop by the shop. Not only do they have their entire inventory but they also support other small businesses who sell their products there… AND they always pair well with the candles.

Who needs a bath and body works when you have an awesome candle shop like this?! They don’t stand a chance against the local power of Dunedin Candle Co- and their products are more affordable anyways! What’s not to love!

I can’t believe how cute this little shop is. Bella, who was working when I went, was the most real and enjoyable person. We conversed the entire time I was there, and I was almost sad to leave because she was such a joy.

What’s even cooler is that everything at this lovely candle co is handmade in house. They pour their own candles, create and stick their own labels and all the jazz. If you want a certain scent profile that’s not on the shelves (which would honestly be tough because they have a LOT of scents), they actually take custom orders and will try to make all your smelly dreams come true!

Okay, so maybe I’m a little biased because I am a huge candle person as it is. But one issue I’ve run into with other small business candle sellers who make their own is that a lot of times they don’t really even smell. Like, it smells okay when you buy it but once you start burning the candle there’s just like nothing, for some reason. No such issue with the Dunedin candles, however. Those things stink! (but in the best way) They burn well and are super lovely and scentsy and it’s all fantastic.

Can’t recommend them more!
