Had to take The Duke in to check his hurt paw and get some shots. I dropped him off early morning which works great with my work schedule. The staff are always friendly, nice and helpful. The vet and techs are always giving great advice on handling my rescue dogs and pets. I trust all my furbabies with them.

Love this clinic! Not only do my pets receive 5 star care but the entire staff always goes above and beyond. You could say I am biased because I am a past employee but I think it just shows how much I love this clinic and just how great it is. I had the honor to work here for almost 2 years and I was treated as family by Dr. Rob and his wife.
The veterinarians (Dr. Rob, Dr. Hargett, and Dr. Newton) are all amazing at what they do and have saved my pet’s lives more times than I’d like to admit.
The technicians and front office are all incredible at what they do as well and I love how they treat my pets with the same kindness they show me. I will continue to bring my pets here for everything they need because East Cherokee Veterinary Clinic is quite simply the best ❤🐾

Wonderful veterinary. Moved from VCA Pets are People Too to East Cherokee Veterinary and so glad we did. Everyone is always pleasants to speak to. They are prompt with getting you seen as quickly as possible and everyone is very knowledgeable and care about your pets. They call the next day to make sure everything is okay with vaccines shots and if symptoms, make sure to get you in quickly if you need it. They really seems to care and the overall office doesn't feel stuffy.

Oh and the best part is that their pricing it very reasonably. VCA was charging us $110 monthly per dog which includes 5 office visits, the yearly round of shots and 1 teeth cleaning. That comes to $1,320 for the year and we have 2 dogs.

Those same things cost a total of about $900 at East Cherokee. If you have a dog that's never sick, VCA was a complete rip off as ideally, you'd only be in there once a year so should cost $200ish. All that to say, so glad we found East Cherokee Vet as they don't over charge for vaccines and office visits costs.

East Cherokee Vet is the absolute best. I have two French Bulldogs and they are always coming down with some kind of bug so they visit the team at East Cherokee quite often. Every time, they are treated like family. Dr Rob and his staff care so much about their patients and always make my pups feel like a priority. I always know they are in good hands when they have to go in! 10/10 recommend!

I had a really bad experience with a veterinary surgery practice and I was lucky enough to find Dr. Rob via recommendation from a random Facebook post by another satisfied customer.

I will never take my dogs anywhere else. The surgery was priced very reasonably and my dog had excellent results.

I wish I had known about this place a lot sooner!

Dr. Rob is super down to earth, doesn't play games with prices and costs and you can tell he has a heart for the dogs who come there.

Also, my dog who is usually terrified of vets walked right in and let Dr. Rob pet him, which has never happened before. I'd say that's the best recommendation I could possibly give.

My dog daughter jumped off the bed and when she landed I know there was a problem. The diagnosis that she had torn her ACL and would possibly need surgery caused me to immediately burst into tears. Not knowing if she was in pain or something worse I panicked and made an appointment with Dr. Rob. When I called to make my appt, Courtney was very patient and she understood my concerns. She assured me I was bringing my dog to the right place. After meeting Dr. Rob and talking about the best course of treatment he made me feel reassured and confident that I had surely come to the right place. I didn’t feel rushed and I could tell he is a vet who truly cares. His bedside manner is A+. I will be back in two weeks for my follow up appointment. Thank you again for a great first visit and putting my fears at ease.

This clinic is the absolute best. Dr. Rob is extremely genuine and caring. We switched to ECVC in 2019 after going to another Vet in the area and never looked back. If you are looking for a vet, please don’t look any further. Thank you Dr. Rob for caring for our Lola girl through her final 16 years. You rock!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I totally trust them with both of my dogs. The doctors and techs always explain everything clearly.

Dr. Rob and his crew are the best. Every time I go in there I know they try to give me options that allow me to be able to afford the best care for my girls.

I originally went to East Cherokee Vet because they were much more affordable than my old vet for the exact same things. And I mean less than half on most things, even routine visits. If for no other reason it's definitely worth giving them a shot! 😎👍

Dr. Rob is such a caring, knowledgeable veterinarian. His staff is also fantastic. Our rescue pup has some orthopedic issues and our experience at East Cherokee Veterinary has been wonderful!

We recently moved to Cherokee County and needed to switch vets. We first visited for an annual checkup but were back shortly after becaue my fur baby tore her ACL and had to have surgery. The whole staff here is great and took great care of my pup. I trust them with my 2 dogs whole heartedly and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

The staff was so friendly with my little Gracie Mae and listened to my concerns. Can't wait to grow a long term relationship with them since my baby is only 7 weeks old now

We were dog sitting our grand pup and he snagged his few claw on something causing a painful break. They told us on phone to come right away. I swear we were back at the house in an hour. They are super and Jake was happy again real fast.

This is by far the best vet I’ve ever gone to. The people are so welcoming and you can tell they genuinely love and care about your animal. Everyone is super sweet and always has a smile on their face. They also make you feel very confident that everything will be okay with your pet, which I loved because it put me at ease. My cat was very sick and Dr. Rob Sobolewski went above and beyond to make sure she got better by constantly taking my calls. I’ve never had such caring service at a vet. The atmosphere and design of the clinic is also so cute and inviting. The interior designer must have had great taste because it looks like the cutest farmhouse! I’ve been to this vet numerous times, and I’ve never had a less than a perfect visit! 10/10 recommend!

We had never been to East Cherokee Vet until last week. My dog's condition worsened and I called multiple vets trying to get in. The team got me in for a drop off and confirmed our fears. They were unbelievable kind. We can't recommend them enough.

These are some of the kindest people you will meet! We recently moved to this area and had to find a new vet, and I'm so glad that we found Dr. Rob. He's very kind with our fluffy babies and always takes the time to answer any questions or educate us. The front office staff also always calls the day after an appointment, even if it's just an annual checkup, to make sure the fluffs are doing okay. We've definitely found our vet!

We recently lost our boxer unexpectedly. It was our first experience with East Cherokee vet. The care, love, and accommodations made for us were beyond what I ever would have expected. So thankful that's where we landed.

My wife and I have been taking all 3 of our dogs to this establishment for the last year, and we could not be happier. As someone who has experience in the dog training industry (and currently also a small business owner) and been around numerous different vets and boarding facilities alike, I can honestly say I wish I could give them 10 stars. Recently our Hercules developed some blockage and the wife and I were freaking out to say the least. We brought him in first thing Monday and dropped him off. Being avid fur baby parents we may or might not of pestered the extremely nice, courteous and understanding staff checking on his status and they were nothing but extremely helpful and totally understanding. The next day they tell us Hercules finally had a bowel movement and this dog apparently had 3 toys and a small tennis ball that finally passed through his system. No I’m not kidding, but the point is I will not trust another vet with our 4 legged babies for the foreseeable future. Great customer service, clean facility amazing pricing and a truly honest business. Cannot say enough good about this facility!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. A friend referred us after 3 terrible vet visits... They took such amazing care of our cat Moosestache! They took her in within an hour after I called based on urgency. After running all tests they gave her medication and sent us on our way.... we were concerned and they were more than happy to let us come back with her twice just to make sure she was okay... the staff is SO kind and knowledgeable and it really makes you feel the love and care they have for animals! If I could give this place 100 stars I would.... if you are looking for a vet stop your search and come here, your pet will thank you! Special shout out to Sarah for being so kind
